My son really wanted the PS4,but I didn’t want to pay that much for another game system but I got it on sale and it was a great price.I ordered it online and went and picked it up.He couldn’t be happier and neither could I.

Out of the box my son loved it. Took a little to get it all set up but I can't get him off of it now.

I was a little late in the game buying a console 3 years after it's initial release but I've always been that way. I knew it was what I wanted because my ol ps3 had seen better days and was ready to retire. I like the new console and most of it's features but the one thing I don't like is paying for online play, as I already pay for internet services at home. Anyway that's nothing to do with best buy, it's the place I buy all my bigger electronics.

Amidst the hard to get console this console still works perfectly fine when other major consoles are unavailable and still function pretty well.

It's a great console, we love it! No troubles at all, although I think I'll buy some cooling stations for some hotter sessions that will be happening this summer..

Keeping the kid happy with gaming system and he really likes it. My complaint is always the same ... cost

I've always been a Xbox guy but I decided to give the PS4 a shot and I was pleasantly surprised. It has a great library of exclusives. I still prefer my Xbox for multi platform games but I'm happy I have this for the exclusives.

I got a second ps4 so that my husband and I could play ESO together lol. We have been having fun on it during this quarantine. Looks great and was delivered to my house with no issues.

I needed a new PS4 after my older white one kept ejecting the disk while playing. This system while not the most advanced on the market is a bit faster than what I had before and offers double the storage space.

Great product. Get more bang for your buck. Cant beat the pricing or the customer service that comes with it. Simple site to use and best of all. Earn points to earn to use to buy stuff cheaper. Keep up the great wprk

I’ve had a PS4 for years, bought another one for my girlfriend for Red Dead redemption. It’s solid, fantastic and a great system. Better then Xbox because you don’t. Need batteries or a charger to charge the contoller

My son was so surprised and happy to receive this gaming system for christmas, ive even watched him go at it online with some of his friends playing with and or against on another. Hours of never ending fun.

I bought this for my son, he had PS3 earlier. It was a surprise gift for him at such a low offer price, below $250, with all features he wanted. I am happy to see his smiley face at an affordable price. Thanks to Best buy.

Kid loves it!! I haven’t played a game since PS1 and this thing is leaps and bounds beyond what I could expect from a gaming console. Play Mortal Kombat 11, it is amazing

I always appreciated how much Sony puts so much effort for gamers into their systems for gamers. The quality of graphics and the exclusives alone make this system more than worth its price. Sony guy for life!

I love playing the PS4 and I was happy when I finally bought my own. I love this product. There's not really much more to say. Most people have one already. Although the black is nice I wish they had different colors in stock.

Good console. Works as advertised. Console is still worth it in 2023.

I’d give it 5 stars but can’t because I’m not sure why the download speed is so slow especially since we have fast internet. I have an Xbox 1 and it downloads and behaves better than the PS4 so I prefer the Xbox 1 over the PS4. Overall it’s another gaming system and it does its job.
