I went from having the original model to this new slim model and I love it. The all matte surface is nice and sleek, the actual pressable power button and eject button are a welcome addition, and the upgraded internal storage is very much needed. A great value for the sale price of $200 for Black Friday 2017

It's a ps4. Brand new out of the box with all the Sony quality. Works like it should with nice graphics and smooth gameplay. There are plenty of games for play. This isn't my first ps4 so I know what to expect and I wasn't disappointed.

I used to play my dad's for years and it never disappointed. Now that I'm on my own, I decided to get one for my husband and I so we can kick back like old times. This version is absolutely wonderful and Best Buy delivered in exceptional time.

Bought for the kids Christmas. We love in the country and don’t have internet. Having Xbox one, requires internet for games, because of updates and downloads. PS4 doesn’t require that. The PS4, put the disc in, it downloads from the disc and it’s ready. The kids are in heaven. Happy with purchase.

I still have it til this day no problems with it. Was gana get a PS5 but I was like I bought a switch and a switch light. And I don't even like them. They just there taking up space. Poor purchase on my part. So with that in mind I was like why buy a PS5 if my stuff works fine I only watch Netflix and sports on it. I play LoL on pc more than I play any other game on pc. I finally made it to gold 3 as a support main. I use Leo Ali and neeko. They all stun and thats a big help in team fights. With all three the key is to go in when enemy team are all together. Leo and Neeko stuns and Ali knocks them up. That's very important in team fights. If you play support then that's your key to clime. And ward near drag not the brush close to lanes. Trust you'll see their jun and have plenty of time to react. Good Luck

i was playing fifa and and the console is amazing and the network for the account was esdy and the gameplay with no ads!

It is a great console, it came with no game, with just one controller. No problems so far. Just i think the controller charging cable is too short. Compared to the Xbox 360 that I still have, the grafics on the ps4 slim are way better!

Was so upset to find out that most places were sold out of the PS4 on black Friday. But found the link to Best Buy via the Playstation website. Ordering was a breeze, the price was perfect and it was delivered very quickly! First time I've shopped online for Black Friday....very happy customer!

This console has near-perfect graphics and gameplay, an extremely large variety of games and amazing rewards. The PlayStation crew recently gifted me ten dollars , and I bought the Goat Simulator DLC bundle for six dollars with a thirty dollar value! Long story short, the most amazing console.

I like my purchase and its really excellent with a great price. Its comes with everything I need for this playstation. And obviously the customer service are so good for any kind of information and helpful. I recommend you for this item .

I got this for my son for his birthday. I ordered next day delivery and the gift made it on time! I was amazed. It has been 8months and this PS4 still works just as good as it did on the day we got it. The controller has just recently started to have buttons stick and does not charge like it should. I called Best Buy and although they could not help me with a repair or replacement, they did let me know that Sony does offer a one year warranty on their products. I’ll be calling them tomorrow! Wish me luck ;)

Really pleased with this purchase even thou it took my child years trying to convince me to get her one . The best price at the time I found was Best Buy . Shipping was fast and got to me on the date they said it would be delivered .I would recommend this product and would recommend Best Buy.

Bought the ps4 in anticipation of Monster Hunter next year and decided to get a couple of games with it. Wow I should have bought it when it first cane out because it is a blast. It is light years ahead of my ps3 as far as graphics and technology and I have played it everyday since buying it.

I bought this for my boys for Christmas. They play it all the time. I’m happy with the storage so far. Still experimenting with all of its capabilities and am satisfied with it so far! I’m glad I made this purchase. My family enjoys it and we play games together. That for me is important.

This was a birthday gift for my son. He seems to like the console very much. No complaints with this system. He is 16 years old, he had no issues hooking up playstation. He likes to play basketball and football games that are sold separately.

I bought the Playstation 4 when I gave my 3 to my nephews. It doesn't disappoint. I love playing games with my sister and my Dad online. Its a great way for all 3 of us to stay connected and have something fun to do. Plus I can watch DVD/Blu Ray on it. 10/10 would recommend.

Thoguth about getting the Pro version but the regular PS$ plays games just as fast & graphics are so sharp. Pair it with a Sony TV like I do and the experience is just great. Sony definitely offers great selection of games aslo.

The new FF7 Remake came out and I had to play it no matter what. I shopped for a PS4 from anywhere that could ship it to me the quickest and for the best price. Bestbuy was the right decision and I would recommend it to anyone. Amazon and other sites were backed up for days, sometimes weeks due to the pandemic. I ordered from Bestbuy on a Thursday and got it on a Sunday...I didn't even know packages got delivered on SUNDAY!

Love the options to download free games and the game selection is very vast. The graphics are awesome as well. No complaints at all!

So, we have an X1 and a Wii and a Wii U...how many consoles does one really need? Apparently a Playstation as well. The independent games offered on this platform that you cannot get anywhere else are completely worth the purchase. Takes up little space, great game library, easy to use.
