My nephews are very happy with it. They had the old Play Station 2 and when they tried the 4 they say the improvements of this product are outstanding. It is in fact, pricy, but worth the value

I was debating between getting the PS4 and the Xbox one. Decided on the PS4 and have not regretted it yet. It is an awesome system with easy to use features and functions. It is a great system for anyone of any age.

My old (original) PS4 was 500GB and ended for various reasons. I always regretted the 500GB disk size on the original. Never enough space for as many games as I wanted on the system. having 1TB is now the norm instead of the upgrade. Since the PS5 is coming out soon the PS Pro may not be worth the extra amount. No complaints and I like the slightly smaller profile compared to the original. It was also easy to bring my old account to the new machine from the Sony cloud. Most everything was there except for local saves. If I had backed up to a USB regularly could have avoided that but really no big complaints.

All around awesome! I had to get the PS4 because a few new games came out that were not available on my PS3. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Excellent graphics, extremely fast, and very easy to setup.

Not that the kids are on it all the time, but they would definitely prefer it. lol love the fact that there can be 4 players on some games for all of them. games to satisfy anyone's taste. can't go wrong.

The PlayStation 4 is not only the best console out right now, it is the best console ever. You have games like Fortnite, which you don’t even need PS plus to play, black ops 4, Fallout, and the best games are the exclusive ones. Games like the new Spider-Man, Detroit: Become Human, God of War and the upcoming Last of Us 2, are the biggest reasons why you should buy a new PlayStation 4. Furthermore, Best Buy is one of the best areas to buy it from, for they are very professional and provide an array of headsets and games to buy with it. On top of all of that, the pick up system is amazing. I ordered my PlayStation 4 with the Astro A10s and they were ready to be picked up in less than 20 minutes.

It’s done exactly as expected. My controller however has been pulling on the left stick too much and I’m not sure why. It’s brand new and shouldn’t be having these issues.

The graphics are incredible on this. It’s very fast, allowing you to play anything you want without and delays or glitches. Much better than an Xbox in my opinion.

soooo for those of you whom do not know the PlayStation 4 is what they call a video gaming console. (that is a console that plays video graphic games) this is the fourth iteration of Sony's PlayStation that is where the 4 in PlayStation 4 comes from. remember to read the instructions upon opening the box that the console comes in. you will find all sorts of useful information. (did you know you have to plug these things in???) in closing it was very enjoyable once mastered so if you like games that are played on a screen usually reserved for your favorite TV shows, movies and fake news you will like this. P.S still have not figured out the 1TB I think they have vaccinated the console against one form of tuberculosis

I owned ps1, ps2, and ps3. This ps4 is very impressive, very small form factor. I like the look of this compared to my other video game systems. Great graphics and controller is awesome.

So I took the plunge and finally bought a gaming console. Quick, easy set-up and gameplay. I can download games from the comfort of home, stream movies, YouTube, play Bluray, etc. It's rad. I love it.

My son loves it. Want I like about it is. It’s light and very thin. I would recommend getting the 1TB. Games on a Avg are like 50gb with apps and games u will be adding. 500gb will go fast.

Over all this console has not disappointed me haven’t had no problems love it wish I had the ps5 but that thing expensive as hell ahh but nice ps4 may I say

It's faster to set up than XBOX One- but the menus are even less intuitive to use than XBOX. Do yourself a favor and go through set up and creating your account(s) well in advance of play time. Also leave some time for the initial update that it will want to download. The estimated time was 3 hours but it completed in just over an hour. When you finally get things moving, it's fun fun fun and produces great sound and graphics. NOTE: Controllers come with rechargeable batteries. Do yourself a favor and grab a stand alone controller charger while your at it. And it's a good idea to find the setting that instructs the controllers to turn off when not in use instead of draining their batteries in stand by mode.

We previously had the Xbox 360 and now upgraded and switched to PS4. Seems there are more features/specs like the 4K and more disk space than the Xbox One S (1 TB vs. 500gb). Overall happy with purchase

i ordered this for my son we couldn't find it anywhere in town an he really wanted it it's awesome he was so shocked that we found it thanks best buy..satisfied mom

I had the pro at one time. Now tried this model. I'm not a big gamer so I don't know the difference between this model and the Pro. But I have 1 TB. The video which is 1080P looks great. It also has HDR ,if the game has HDR. As we know the PS5 is on it's way. If you don't care about having the latest, greatest I would go with the PS4. I have always hated Sony for not making there models backwards compatible. Now I hear the PS5 will be ,which means if you have PS3 games ,PS4 game it will work with a PS5 and of course the PS5 will have a 4K player in it. Again if you don't care get this model.

I much prefer the smaller footprint of this PS4 to the original, and the 1TB of storage is welcomed as the original seemed to fill up quickly. Still a great interface and experience, and well worth the price.
