    Had to replace my ps4 pro that broke down and these models were all that were available. Came with a broken controller that I'm reaching out to sony to get a replacement for

    I've owned PlayStation consoles since the PS One. They've always been reliable and great quality. This PS4 is the first one I've ever experienced something "wrong". The disk drive is very noisy when a disc is spinning up. Other than that, it works great.

    New to this always been a Xbox person still getting used to only annoying thing i don’t like is all the updates when you put in a new game takes a while specially if you are using the WiFi recommend Ethernet cable for internet much faster
