Its good, I've had no problem with it, my controller still works fine but sometimes has issues which is probably expected since I've had it for 2 years now.

Since the price difference between the PlayStation and an on sale Blu-ray player was pretty close, we got the PlayStation instead. My husband has been playing games on it ever since!

Great system, only bad thing is that it will not play older system games. Some of the download times are crazy but you are able to play without finishing downloading

Bought this because the PlayStation 5 is difficult to get without paying the ridiculous resell price that I refuse to pay this is just as good for me

Bought this from My home town ,but wanted my son to pick it up in a different state at his Best Buy! Ordered it online! Said it would be ready in a hour to pickup and they would let me know when to tell him to go pick it up! And it did! Ready within hour! So easy to do! Would definitely do it again! My son is enjoying his new PlayStation...(last one got hit by lightning)This one has worked Great! Keeps him busy when he’s bored! Plays online with his brother or friends! Will definitely order from Best Buy again!

Great price and great console. Bought for my husband who needed his own game console. Now we have 4 in the house. Everyone has one but me. Ha ha ha

I did not encounter any lag or glitches. The graphics were also just so amazing like in Fifa 17 it actually looks like your watching a real soccer match. I recommend the product to anyone new to playstation.

My son loves his playstation 4 PRO. The graphics are great. The 5 was not available, so we settled for the pto4 , He is happy with the performance.

Couldn’t afford to get the PS5 so this was definitely the next best option. No issues with the console, and I appreciate the 1 TB of memory

Extra storage is fantastic. Let’s him play and save many more games. Slim design allows him to put it easily away. I cannot more highly recommend this new version. It is the best!

I bought this on sale and with the insurance it came to what I would've payed for if it was at regular price, so that was great. It works great and its not as noisy as the Pro.

I had a Xbox one before and the PS4 is definitely much more better. It has good graphics but the performance is very smooth and the PS4 is very slim to carry around.

My kids love this ps4 now and days this plataform is very important to have plus I’m a play station fan over all good cuality nice price enles joy

Totally Surprised when I saw that Best Buy had a shipment of New PS4's coming on the 27th of April. I was getting so tired of trying to score a PS5 on Restock Day that I gave up, besides, I have plenty of Great PS4 games to play while I wait for the PS5. Sony must be cleaning out their warehouses' because these showed up on every Best Buy site within 250 miles of my house. Bottom line, the PS4 is a great console. I had one before and sold it thinking I would be able so get a PS5.....Wrong!! p.s. these are New, not refurb's Highly Recommended.
