I did not have any difficulty setting it up and ready to go. It has great clarity and the controllers are easy to navigate the game.

Growing up we never had a PlayStation, but now I'm a dedicated fan. The ease of use, well-designed menus, and snappy-ness of the system totally won me over. Sorry, Xbox. The exclusives alone make this console worth owning. Sadly I'm not sure if they sell new anymore, but now is the perfect time to collect games for the PS4. They're all very cheap second hand and if you can't find it used games tend to be on sale fairly often at major retailers.

Great console for nostalgic games and today ! I can also see when my friends are online and what they last played. Very easy to use and amazing graphics.

I got my PS4 on Black Friday, when it was the cheapest it’s been since it came out many years ago. I would get all my electronics through Best Buy hands down.

Had a Xbox 360 and been looking to upgrade to next gen console, since games were getting harder to find, especially new ones. Bought PS4 primarily b/c of Horizon Zero. Horizon Zero is one of the best games I have ever played and I've gamed for over 35 years... No issues with PS4. Game loading is a little slow sometimes but wonder if it's the game or the hard drive, that some people upgrade. Reliable, quiet. Charging 2 controllers with a single USB cable is a bit inconvenient so bought stand that has two charging docks. Glad I switched from Xbox to PS4

Love this ps4. We use it for anything from call of duty, to playing and dvd/bluray. Easy to use, long lasting, and fast than all the competition.

I had been wanting a console for a good while now, and I’d say I made the right decision by choosing PlayStation! Lots of space and plenty of extras.

This is my first PlayStation since the original. I love this! Just have to get used to the controller again, but nice storage and thin design.

Nice video game system, too bad you have to pay for mostly everything online to get the most from it.

I have always been a PS person and I was happy to pass that along to my son. We have so much fun playing together.

The image quality is really good in PS4 console. No need to pay extra dollars for ps4 pro console. Me and my friends are really satisfied with this console.

So far it's been a great experience. Great graphics and the console is small, doesn't take up to much room. Also glad it doesn't have a bulky power supply.

This is a good system. It is easily accessed and very useable. I owned an Xbox for years before purchasing this. If I were to repurchase again, I would go back to Xbox simply for the feel of the controller. That is the only drawback, in my opinion, to the PlayStation. I just plainly like the controller and user interface of the Xbox.
