Quality Control Pretty Poor

I ordered an open-box excellent. When I got the console, it was beat up and the controller was permanently dead. When I checked the hard drive on my computer, it said it was 11% fully functional and had been used for 23 TB. It is so hard to ruin a hdd like this, I have a 13 year old hdd laptop with 88% still remaining.

Only 15 day return window

Don't doubt it works well. Just very sad at this stupid policy. BE AWARE.
