Even though everything was shutdown due to Covid-19. My PS4 got to me in under 24hours, it was packaged safely and professionally and everything was brand new and worked perfectly. Thank you for being so professional and prompt during these stressful stay at home times! :) You helped me keep my sanity! ❤ I would definitely use your online delivery service again! :)

I’ve had pretty good luck with Best Buy open box items in the past. Not so much this time. Under an hour of game time, the controller sticks began sticking. Tried multiple fixes found online, no dice. Had to buy a new controller, which negated the savings of open box. Unfortunately this was after the 15-day return period. The takeaway is to throughly test open box items, before the 15 days are up.

good all round entertainment system

Does blue ray and works with all major streaming services. I can use Netflix ad Amazon Prime with a sub par WiFi connection without lag. Streaming through the browser can be an issue. Sony has excellent exclusive titles.
