Enjoy the system but the controller developed a extreme left side drift. We had to buy a new controller after only 60 days of use.

Read the articles about the screw that catches on discs not letting them eject. Setting this up vertically helped for me. It's a great quality Blu-Ray player and has SEN and Netflix capability, other than that it's just OK.

Why is the software update such a constant disaster?! Purchased just over a year ago and have tried everything......nothing covered and should have bought the added warranty.

I have an xbox one and I prefer it over the ps4. Ps4 has too many options and passwords to set the system up. Xbox one only needs email and passwords. Still a bit pricey for a system that old.

Great pass timer. Easy to use, fun. Easy for kids as well.

I enjoy the console. The only issue I have is that you have to pay for a membership to play online. So, PlayStation is telling me that I have to pay for internet and then pay them to use it. Stupid!!

Need this back in stock please. I don’t want a used or refurb or one I would have to pay 600 for.

Bought it as Christmas gift for my son. Worked well for three weeks then wi-fi stopped working. Returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for another PS4. I hope this one works a whole lot longer.

I had a ps4 slim and decided to try the pro but once I tried it on my new 4k tv playing battlefield 1 and therr wasn't a difference between the skin and pro so I returned it and bought the gold slim.

I like my PS4 but i have only had it two years and the Ethernet port is not working already.

I can’t say anything cause the item that I ordered is delay.now we have to wait again until dec.28 and if they not complete my order they gonna notify me and cancel my order. Wow! Great!

This has been a disaster and disappointing purchase. I've returned 2 consoles as of today due to bad power supplies. The 3rd one will be delivered tomorrow 3/20/21 hopefully this one works. I feel Sony should be recalling all these models as they are garbage! Many people are having major issues with these due to poor power supplies! Either Sony or Best buy needs to backup the products they sell to make sure customers feel good about the purchase. There should be atleast a 3 to 5 year full warranty for replacement due to this issue. I had my playstation 3 for 10 years with never a problem. Now they stopped us from playing online to force playstation 4 or 5 purchase then wind up purchasing a piece of junk that dont work. I've spend 4 hours and my gas returning these products to bestbuy. Bestbuy, I understand that this is not your product although you are selling the product therefore you should back it up with a longer warranty especially to the ones that buy your products and then can't play the games because the product dont work. Great console, just makes too much noise, and hetas up too fast even though I have placed a ps4 fan

They system is great, graphics are amazing. Game selection is good, however not many game options for younger children

Takes a while to download some of the games. Some of the games won't play at times for whatever reason. The graphics looks good on most game.

Good for games. t's compatible with the latest game titles to provide hours of entertainment, and it lets you access PlayStation Vue so you can enjoy your favorite shows

It was good don’t really play much but lately it’s been freezing not to happy about I do have the extended warranty hopefully they can help with that

Playstation needs to put more effort on putting more games into Playstion Plus for Subsribers. THE system is great but lack of content.

My son purchase this with his birthday money and he doesnt regret it one but. He has it on his desk and it doesn't take too Space. It is light and minimal wires. Instructions were kid friendly. He was able to get running in no time.
