Very disappointed

I gave it to him 2 weeks later and now I have to send it back to PlayStation because it keeps powering down. The sales rep guaranteed the geek squad went through it and there were no issues, obviously that is incorrect. Of course by the time he got it the return date was up, 15 day policy. Needless to say my grandson is extremely disappointed and we have no idea how long this will take.

Stick Lag on the controller

My mom doesn't game and only used it Saturday nights to watch shows and this is how it holds up?! Going to buy her an Xbox instead, that's what I should have done in the first place but I liked this compact size. NEVER AGAIN!

Malfunction controller

PS works fine, except the controller it came with doesn't charge well and while charging it gets really hot, It can be a potencial fire hazard.
