We love this system! Sony is the absolute best!!!!

Of course, this was only days after the 1 year manufactures warranty expired. Value and Ease of Use don't matter if the device breaks after only a year of usage, Difficult to determine problem/cost/effect a repair due to COVID-19 Sony - PlayStation 4 1TB Console

Thr arrival was so late Christmas want right It was so late..... I reached out to bestbuy plenty of time with little to no help......

Everything was great but controller was used & abused deff torn the heck up!

Yeah I got my products, but I had to pay for a old console as if it were the new next gen console. Best buy should also have plenty of the same gen products on the shelf if they're going to be selling that gen to consumers. I had to hunt down an extra controller for weeks because the Best buy I go to doesn't have and extra controllers. Y'all should really be stocked up for the customers.

My ex-husband bought the first TV, and it stopped working,and it was only a month old! So I bought the exact same TV, because it was a Christmas gift. Well that TV was detective, so we had to take that one back, and Best Buy really gave us a hard time trying to return it! I called the Geek Squad and the even tried fixing it! I will never buy anything from your store again! That is two TVs and I bought the new PlayStation 4 for the first TV! I would not recommend your story to anyone!!!!

I bought this PS4 because I enjoyed playing Call of Duty with one of my friends. This has been the worst purchase. Every game I try freezes. It’s totally not worth the $300 I spent. You can’t contact play station apart from their ridiculous online chat, and if you’re not staring at the screen to know you’ve finally been connected, it disconnects. And, good luck getting Best Buy’s automated phone system to connect you to a person to find out what options are for returning the system.

A Sony PlayStation 4, is the most powerful console in the world. But what makes this console better than the others. The sheer technology that has been put in this console. The Ram sticks is what makes the PlayStation 4 the fastest in the world. It has 8 GB of ram which powers everything from video games, You tube videos or even, Disney plus and Netflix. The console comes with a 500 GB storage or a 1 tb storage,500 GB being the cheapest and 1 tb being the most expensive. Which means you can play as many games as you want while also looking good! The PlayStation runs on a next-gen Radeon graphics card which runs at 1.84 teraflops which basically means it has really good graphics and runs really really fast. In addition to their amazing consoles Sony also makes, TVs,cameras,and household materials like a washer and dryer! Sony is no doubt a technology giant they build everything with high tech! There console is the best you can buy in store and online and on top of that there cameras, household supplies, and TV's are also some of the best. My personal story to this product. I own 3 Sony products, One a PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and, an older Sony TV. These Sony products are very reliable I have owned the PlayStation 3 since my father bought it went it came in the early 2000’s the console still works perfectly! My PlayStation 4 I have owned for 2 or 3 years and it has not disappointed me or let me down in the slightest! Overall I love this system because it has helped me become closer to all my friends. I even made new friends over the years! Why do I think I am a credible consumer. I own three Sony products. I have used all of them for years and they have not broke on me they didn't disappoint me either. I always play video games I have played games since I was pretty young. So therefore when video games aren't running right or buggy because of the console your using I would know. I however have never had that problem on my PlayStation 4. Reasons why i recommend this product. I recommend this product because when you buy a PlayStation you can meet new friends or get closer to the friends that you already have. All while playing video games. Since this console is built for gaming it has top notch graphics and is the most powerful console you can buy. This console can run any game you want and it will run really smooth. So when you want to play games with those new friends you got you will have the absolute best experience with the PlayStation 4 console. For these exact reasons is why the PlayStation 4 is the best console. When you buy this product you will soon realize that the console is the best you wont be disappointing. Who would I recommend this product too? I would recommend this product to people who love to review or just love to play video games! I say this because the console offers you the best experience while playing video games and its capable of doing other things like watching YouTube or even Netflix. Something equally important people should know before buying this product is you should buy the latest version of this product because they are much better for the same price or maybe a little bit more money you should also buy the console that has the most storage on it because the games you can buy take a lot of storage! In conclusion, The PlayStation 4 is the most powerful console in the world.It runs off of 8 GB of ram and 1.84 teraflops. It has amazing graphics and can run almost any game you want. That is exactly why the PlayStation 4 is the best (as stated above) But talking about Sony’s other products! There cameras are top notch professional photographers use Sony cameras all the time because of how good the quality of the pictures they take! Basically if you want anything related to consoles or cameras buy a Sony product they make the best cameras and consoles on the market!

So far I’m enjoying the console! Smooth and runs well! I have had a little lag and maybe two errors so far! I love the look of the console!

Don't buy this piece of trash. I bought it less than three weeks ago on Black Friday. It's already broken. It was updating when I went to bed, and when I woke up, it would no longer turn on or even go into safe mode. Furthermore, Sony PlayStation's customer service is abominable. Save yourself the trouble and heartache of spending hours downloading gigabytes upon gigabytes of information only to have them disappear after you you have to exchange it for a new one.

I give this to my brother as a birthday gift with a VR set and I will say it’s a pretty good PS4 , slimmer than the pro , no that bulkier

It was a gift from my wife and she picked the right concole. It has the best system configuration and enough storage to download games.

I have this system in one room and xbox in another. I don't miss out on exclusives of each system. I prefer this over the xbox one.

I had to trade the original playstation for one that worked only I wasn't gine the free game that came with the original one

Has no optical audio port. So I do not recommend this to anyone that has A40 with a MIXAMP

Disappointed in purchase. After about 4-5 times play with it, the controller doesn’t work!

Everything except for WiFi connections work. Tried multiple times there’s something wrong with it

PS4 died. Despite unplugging and removing dust from all over the place. The PS3 still works. The issue is the PS4 sli was made with too many vent allowing more usual dust and and other particles disrupt it's inner system.
