Playstation it self is not bad.

I contacted playstation and they have refused to help.

What’s wrong with this ps4?

Not even hard wiring them to the console. I need to unplug it every time. Then has to start up in safe mode and says it could damage my system for disconnecting the power. Faulty console.

He is unable to play it as it loads for hours. Very frustrating as I paid a lot for this system. He turns it on, it’s either loading or telling him that he needs to do an update.
