I reported it and have an active case number with fedex but still haven’t heard anything back.

We did know it was refurbished but trusted Best Buy. A month later nothing but problems with it. It puts itself in safe mode all the time. And of course it is no longer returnable. Very disappointed

Not as good as XBOX ONE

It does half the things XBOX ONE does as far as can't connect cable box to it and talk to it to record chang channels etc. Online gameplay slow compared to XBOX live. Do like uncharted but that is about it. Ended up returning it and getting XBOX ONE S.

Open side panel

I have not had a chance to try to use the PS4 but I will be exchanging it for a new one tomorrow as this was very concerning.

Games takes hours to download, to play with others majority of times you purchase online card. My sons rarely plays because they can’t play with friends without me purchasing or paying out of pocket online. This is terrible
