Didn’t got it on time, had to wait 2 more weeks for nothing

I can’t see the package where is it I think it’s lost

No idea were it is I didn’t recive it yet Is taking too long Not a good service

My newly purchased Play Station 4 heats up if used for more than 30 minutes.

Pooor game still want money back .................

Too awful to explain in the amount of space given.

stopped working right after manufacturer warranty.

No controller or and a used usb cord in box instead of a new product usb.

The unit continuously freezes. I wish I had never bought this item.

Great system for its time. Hate the mandatory subscription to play online. Online play should be included. Subscription and extra options separate. People that can’t play often are stuck paying when they might not even use it. I’ve payed years and at times didn’t even touch my system. This way pushes me away to pc gaming.

This console is WAY worse than the PS3 in terms of longevity. I'm not much of a gamer so I only played my games once every 2 months. Needless to say, it wasn't overplayed or damaged. After just having it for 1 year, the console's power stopped working. It was plugged into a surge protector, so it never was exposed to a surge. I still own the PS3 for almost 8 years now without problems. This console is flawed!

PlayStation 4 (PS4) are the best console. They are better than Xbox and they have better graphics. Why? They have so many games for them ,and their controllers are way easier to handle. Their controller joy sticks are lower so you can reach them easier. I think PS4s are better than Xbox because, I have played on both of these consoles and played the same game on both and the graphics are better on one. If you have an Xbox and have not tried a PS4 you should buy one and try one now!

This is a very good console overall. Graphics are great and the ps4 stands up to its price. The only down side is there is better and could’ve done better.

A. My personal connection with my PS4 is that it's really fun to use. The reason why i say this is because you can play games that you like. If you like cars for example there are many car games you can choose from to have fun. There's a lot of games to choose from so if you board a game for the day, you can use other games and still have fun. Also playing with your friends is also very fun. B. Some reasons why I recommend this item is because it's enjoyable. Why I say this is because there are so many games you can choose from and you don't have to stick to one game because soon you will get bored of it. The games are not expensive but you should get a game that you will like and will last you a long time C the type of people i recommend this product to are people who have free time and people who like to try new things. Most of the time when you try new things, you enjoy them but somethings you don't but I can guarantee that then you start playing ps4 or ps5 you will enjoy it. If you are converting from x box to playstation, playstation is way better because it has better games and is a lot more simple.

I had left the video game world years ago when I became a teenage girl. Decades later, I decided to jump back in with an X Box 360, but when I traded that in for a PS 4, my world was forever changed. I am a big gamer again, and I am so glad to be back. Sony really knows how to produce incredible gaming experiences. The exclusive games too they release for the PS are off the charts. I had some bumps in the road the first year or so with my product. It became glitchy, and I had to send to it Sony to fix (they paid for shipping). They shipped it back to me within 2 weeks. Since then, my product is pretty much error free. In the last year, its been spitting out discs randomly when I leave it on for days. To avoid this I just make sure to eject my games and turn the console off now. This is probably a no-brainer though anyways. I don't blame it for getting a little crabby with me after all these years.
