    Amazing performance and you can play all the big games still. Controller shape feels great in my hands. Navigation and multi-media integration is adequate. I don't see any compelling reason to get a PS5 until Sony starts differentiating what can and can't be played between those new consoles and this Beast, the PS4.

    I purchased this for my son as a birthday present. Unfortunately, the DualShock 4 that came with the system was faulty, so he wasn't able to use it to its fullest potential on the first day he received it. Thankfully, Best Buy let us swap the controller for a new one and everything has been smooth sailing from there. The PlayStation line hasn't let us down yet and the PlayStation 4 is yet another great addition to their line of gaming consoles.

    PS4 is the best gaming console of 8th generation. Granted we've newer consoles, but during PS4-era nobody can compete PS4 with varied game library. PS4 has kids-friendly as well as mature games such as visual novels, online shooters etc. The exclusives are one the other level than competitive platforms. Each of the PS4 exclusives are unique.

    I originally purchased for a 7 year old child. The system is great, graphics are very good, but the game selection for children under 13 is not good. I exchanged for the switch, but will definitely comeback to Playstation when the kids are old enough to play
