You just can't beat the PS4 Pro for quality, performance and game library. Sure the XBox One X has better specs, but it's also more money. And if you want VR, Sony is really the only choice in game consoles. The PS4 Pro is easy to set up. You can use most popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon and Hulu among others. If you want the complete package, this is the way to go.

About two years ago I sold my gaming system which was a 1st gen ps4 since I was starting college and didn’t want any distractions. But after getting settled in with a schedule I had to buy another PS product. Their exclusives are expansive and varied and the system is, out of preference, as realiable as an Xbox one s. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a system that has many exclusives and is realiable.

My son loves this gift! He plays with his friends every day. The graphics are outstanding.

It's a beautiful machine. Sleek, quiet, powerful, and so far there haven't been any heat issues. The controller charges fast and keep that charge for a long time. The only thing I don't like about it are the ads for games on the main menu, which are somewhat annoying. That, however, has nothing to do with the console itself, which operates like a dream.

Bought this as a replacement. Pleased with product and good price.

I got this console after I sold my PS 3. This is the quietest and the sleekest console there is in the market. It seems a lot faster and the games appear to be a lot crispier on my 55 inch LCD. There is a lot to explore but I am loving it this far. The remote controls are cool though i have a feeling that the batteries drain out sooner for them than for ones in PS 3. Other than that , all looks great

Ok so yeah, my stepsons & husband have used the heck out of this thing & I probably should’ve reviewed this a while ago. But it’s still going strong & even though they’ve got other game systems they use this one the most & still haven’t asked to upgrade! I’m sure they will at some point but this baby was definitely well worth the money!

In 2017, the PS4 is still a great system that holds up pretty well with modern gaming. I also own the Pro version and while it is better/faster, this slim version has such a small footprint and compact design, that it still is a worthwhile purchase. I have noticed that the menus and load times seem to be significantly slower than the Pro, but not enough that you would notice if you hadn't personally compared the two.
