My son really wanted the PS4,but I didn’t want to pay that much for another game system but I got it on sale and it was a great price.I ordered it online and went and picked it up.He couldn’t be happier and neither could I.

I was a little late in the game buying a console 3 years after it's initial release but I've always been that way. I knew it was what I wanted because my ol ps3 had seen better days and was ready to retire. I like the new console and most of it's features but the one thing I don't like is paying for online play, as I already pay for internet services at home. Anyway that's nothing to do with best buy, it's the place I buy all my bigger electronics.

I've always been a Xbox guy but I decided to give the PS4 a shot and I was pleasantly surprised. It has a great library of exclusives. I still prefer my Xbox for multi platform games but I'm happy I have this for the exclusives.

I just love this PS4. Keeps me busy when I have nothing to do. Couldn't get the PS5 but this did the trick. Very happy with my purchase. Definately a step up from the PS3.

Keeping the kid happy with gaming system and he really likes it. My complaint is always the same ... cost

Out of the box my son loved it. Took a little to get it all set up but I can't get him off of it now.

The PS4 Slim is a great system for people who love video games. It has so many amazing games to play, includes all major video streaming apps, and everything about it is fantastic. Definitely recommend to any gamer.

My grandson really wanted this for his birthday. Santa Maria Best Buy not good but went to slo and received quality assistance. My grandson loves this console and plays it every single day with his friends

Mine lasted about 3 years. Otherwise have not had any issues.

My son has had this console for a while. We did have to send it for repair this year twice. So not sure if we got did not get a good one. Thank good we got the insurance for it.

It’s nearing the end of the life cycle so the prices are coming down and the hard drives are getting bigger. This is the “slim” model so there is no optical audio port. Other than that, it’s a great console!

I bought this for my son, he had PS3 earlier. It was a surprise gift for him at such a low offer price, below $250, with all features he wanted. I am happy to see his smiley face at an affordable price. Thanks to Best buy.

I love playing the PS4 and I was happy when I finally bought my own. I love this product. There's not really much more to say. Most people have one already. Although the black is nice I wish they had different colors in stock.

Great product. Get more bang for your buck. Cant beat the pricing or the customer service that comes with it. Simple site to use and best of all. Earn points to earn to use to buy stuff cheaper. Keep up the great wprk

I’ve had a PS4 for years, bought another one for my girlfriend for Red Dead redemption. It’s solid, fantastic and a great system. Better then Xbox because you don’t. Need batteries or a charger to charge the contoller

I had been trying to decide between gaming systems and was really happy with this purchase. It has great space for saved games and has not given me any issues thus far with retrieving or playing speed.

Overall I'm very pleased with Best Buy and their delivery tracking system. Ps4 got delivered right on time and receiving texting statuses is pretty sweet. Unfortunately I cant really review the Ps4 itself untill Christmas.

I needed a new PS4 after my older white one kept ejecting the disk while playing. This system while not the most advanced on the market is a bit faster than what I had before and offers double the storage space.

My boys share the PS4 so they take turns using it. If they want to play together than they each have a controller. When they are done playing they like to watch movies on netflix. The PS4 keeps my children entertained.
