I haven't not owned a PS since PS2! When i saw some of the games i once loved coming back, i decided it was time to put the xbox away and fall in love with PS AGAIN. I am so glad i did! So much better than the XBOX1!

Bought it for the grandson, he's enjoying it. Went on line and purchased the playstation plus for a year, gets two free game downloads per month. Can also play on line.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t a PS4 Pro available within 300 miles so I went with the very last PS4 on the shelf; a standard/slim. I grabbed a pair of Astro’s (headset) and was on my way. Much to my surprise there’s no digital optical out. Now, I made it work but I’m probably a bit more tech savvy than most. The lack of connections, video streaming, and HDR make the standard PS4 a no-go for me even at a $100 discount. Go Pro.

Haven’t played video games since college but I think I’m hooked again. I bought for the kids during the pandemic but they are having a hard time getting me off the controller...Lol!!

The PS4 slim is a better version of the PS4. This revision makes a great console even better. It's smaller, quieter, and looks better. If you haven't all ready got a PS4 it's a great way to get into the system.

Wow, first time, long time. Let’s see. It’s a PS4. If you don’t know what one of those are...where have you been? Good machine. Works for 5 months so far. Used it about 5 times. Great investment.

Best price I found for a 1TB PS4. Everything was perfect in perfect condition. Runs great no issues at all. Best purchase I’ve made when it comes to gaming

I've been having this console for a little over a month and I haven't had an issues. I'm glad I bought it for a great price and that it has enough TB for the games I love to play.

This couldn’t have been a bigger hit for my son! The only problem I can say is that we have had to limit how much time he can spend on this thing otherwise he would become a complete couch potato :-)

This was a late Christmas gift for my kid. This has kept her entertained for a couple of hours at a time. She like the ability to purchase directly from the store.

Bought the system after moving to my new house and have had it for over a month now. The controller feels good and the console looks sleek; very nice system--haven't had any problems so far and it runs quiet. The only thing i would recommend after (or before) buying one is getting a new charger for the controller and saving the one it comes with. The cord packaged with it is extremely short and you wont be able to play while it charges.

I love the item I had been looking for the item in other stores but was unable to get it!! Best Buy price was the same in the store as it was on line!! There was no hidden prices!! I enjoy being a Best Buy customer!!

Kid loves it!! I haven’t played a game since PS1 and this thing is leaps and bounds beyond what I could expect from a gaming console. Play Mortal Kombat 11, it is amazing

This was my 5th ps4 purchase but first time ordering it online from BB. The process and delivery went smooth and received my product when it stated. Box came in perfect condition, with the care of secured bubble wrap.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my son because after about 3 years his other PlayStation started to overheat. He likes this console better because it's slim, I hope this last just as long as the other one.

It's a great console, we love it! No troubles at all, although I think I'll buy some cooling stations for some hotter sessions that will be happening this summer..

I don't have a lot of digital games but I haven't found the need to delete many applications as there is a ton of storage that is totally necessary as we are moving towards everything being digital download.

I’d give it 5 stars but can’t because I’m not sure why the download speed is so slow especially since we have fast internet. I have an Xbox 1 and it downloads and behaves better than the PS4 so I prefer the Xbox 1 over the PS4. Overall it’s another gaming system and it does its job.

Awesome console for the price.. Its worth it especially with all the games coming out later this year..
