The game system is perfect. I never had any issues since the day I purchased it. Service in Best Buy is actually better then what I have seen in GameStop!

Great product. I've been using my ps4 for over a week and I'm blown away at the quality of the games. It's truly a great gaming device.

I see the console war is neck and neck but i went with the ps4 because other family members have one. I went over the ps store with some of them and could only find a few games that are worth playing. This console has been out for 4 years and it does not have much to show for it. 4 stars because it has a blue ray player and the vr headset is great.

Pros: Faster running and storage memory. What does that mean? Faster transitions between games and/or apps compared to PS3. Clear picture. My wife said it’s like we bought a new higher grade TV when we saw movies we have bought online. Cons: I love that the PS3 you could download movies and games from the PlayStation without having internet access.

Love my ps4 had it for two years just about works great haven’t had any issues so far.

My 13 daughter saved her birthday and babysitting money to purchase this. She had help getting it hooked up, but she loves it and enjoys all the different game options

I’ve always been on the fence between this and an Xbox. I love PlayStation but they need more options for games. Xbox has much more to choose from.

This console is so user friendly. I have it in the livingroom to play when I feel like it. Apps are easy to load and the Blu Ray feature is great!

The staff at Best Buy in El Cajon helped me pick the best ps4 for me. I didn’t need the pro because I don’t have a 4K tv they gave me a lot of info on the products.

After using an Xbox One and 360 for so long, this took getting used to. The tilting feature and touchpad make typing way easier than it is on Xbox. Not a bad console
