Protect Your Device or Your Hard drive will fail

The hard drive on these fry very quickly. Once this happens, you have to replace the hard drive. Thats fine. But, I wish they made these stronger like the XBOX. I returned this one, as it is identical to my last one, because my last one fried. So, I got a hard drive from Best Buy and it works like a charm now. But, I would discourage anyone from not protecting their PlayStation 4 at such an expense. Playstation also needs to upgrade their games to more family friendly games. Right now, it seems like everything they have is for older teenagers or adults. I personally still enjoy Nintendo for this reason.

Very disappointed

I gave it to him 2 weeks later and now I have to send it back to PlayStation because it keeps powering down. The sales rep guaranteed the geek squad went through it and there were no issues, obviously that is incorrect. Of course by the time he got it the return date was up, 15 day policy. Needless to say my grandson is extremely disappointed and we have no idea how long this will take.
