Not best buys falt its Sony

But Sony wont do anything because its not over heating witch means it getting hot and shuts itself off. Hope the PS5 does not have this problem

Tried over and over to contact Best Buy and Nintendo without success. Very disappointed, specially with Best Buy that didn’t give me the attention I deserved and expected!!!
