I love PS4. I haven't played since PS2, so I looked forward to buying this system. It has throwback games I played with my children. I also love that there's no need for a memory card. The best part is still being able to pay with my children online.

So far my PlayStation 4 meets all the expectations that I have of the console, it's only be a little less than a month so really haven't experienced it in detail but an excellent console. A great way to escape an enter to many different dimensions.

I ordered this online for in store pick up. The process was so easy and customer service was great! The product itself is awesome and was a great price. The only downfall is now my boyfriend is always playing PS4 games and never giving me attention.

Bought the PS4 for my six year old son, now sure who is enjoying it more, my son, or his dad! ;) It works great, no issues. I did not connect it to the Internet. Very happy with the image quality of the games, no lag, rock star entertainment!!

First off, the ps4 included is amazing, slim so it takes up little space, low power consumption, couldn’t recommend the CONSOLE enough. However the games included have a standard price of $20. While these games are 3 of the best games PS4 has to offer, I would rather see one of the hottest games on the market bundled in (Modern Warfare, Star Wars Fallen Order, etc) I would wait until better games are bundled with the console

The PS4 is getting long in the tooth with the next generation console around the corner. However, the 3 game holiday bundle at this this price point is what finally urged a Microsoft and Nintendo family to add Sony to the mix. So far, it's great!

I finally broke down and got me a ps4 when it it went on sale. I always played on my kids ps4 but I had to go to their house. I am so glad I got my own. I like sport games and it is so nice to play at my own house. It is a really a good system.

My grandson was so excited when he saw the Play Station. I am the only one who does not play. My 2 grandsons, my granddaughter, and my adult son plays everyday. It was a great deal from Black Friday. I saved so much and wish I had bought two.

Best Black Friday Deal ever... I bought a PS3 from Best Buy 10 years ago. I finally upgraded to PS4 Its amazing.... Joining Disney plus was easy and secure. What a great start to the holiday season. Everything was perfect Thankyou Best Buy

When purchases this for our daughter for Christmas. She is in college and wanted this so bad so she could play Modern Warfare with her sister & friends. She also likes that it's a console for Hulu & Netflix & has a blue ray for DVD's.

Product is great as always love Best Buy, but they do need someone to answer there store phones at there locations when you need a question answered called twice to different days and was waiting 30 minutes then I just hung up after that.

Bought this for a 13 year old niece for a Christmas gift. First time she had hugged me and said said thank you. She is normally extremely quiet and does not hug people. Since she has been playing it she has really come out of her shell.

Great system. Finally broke down to get it for our son. But we've had difficulty connecting to our wifi at home.

This was by far the best bundle deal I have came across in a long time. Considering, I had a $150 gift card from work that I used towards the deal. So with that being said, the deal went from being $200.00 to $60.00.... SWEET DEAL!!!!!

I bought a second unit because of the price $200 dollars, regular price is $300. And it comes with 1 tb hard drive. My other ps4 only has 500 on the hard drive. No complaints so far, still I’m waiting for the new ps5 this year hopefully.

So what's better than 500gb.... yes 1t plus "4k" Also I want to comment that I own the vr and also own the regular version ps4 and the difference in vr with both consoles is notable, definitely you get a better picture with the ps4 pro

I am so glad that I purchased this PlayStation when I did... It was a good price and I got a few games for a good price also... My Grands taught me how to play and I am getting better each time...

My daughter loves her PS4. After about 10 months of owning it though it started to have internet connection issues. I know it is the PS because the xbox 1 in the same room has no issues. I know this occasionally happens with any system/electronic (glitches, malfunctions, etc.). I think PS is definitely worth the purchase but I wish I had bought the geek squad protection so I could just walk in and get a new one instead of sending it out to PS.

We purchased this for our grandchildren to use over the holidays and found none of the games included were age appropriate. In the future, consider packing one or two violent games with something suitable for children under 10. A game directed to elementary school children would also make it easier for them to learn use of the toggles and buttons with far less frustration. I believe the adults enjoyed the games provided but eventually moved to games they had been playing at their homes.

Came with 3 games. That's good it has a 1 tb hard drive. Horizon game was 49 gb. Also downloaded gta 5. 79 gb. Works great
