What can I say the product is excellent ! What I want to say is about Best Buy and the lack of concern for customers that seems to be the current climate of the last three store visits I have made and since there is really no such thing as customer service maybe a discount for high end and high ticket items should be given as a consolation for you having to run around the store helping yourself. That said I should have gone to Costco because for the difference in price I would have gotten more for my money and picked up a snack on the way -Honest and True !

No problems so far. Setup was easy and the new interface is slick. My son really enjoys the lego Marvel game. I am looking forward to the next Uncharted.

Great system that is easy to use with lots of great applications. Lots of features even if you are not a gamer (Blu-ray, Netflix, pictures, internet etc)

The PS4 is by far the best gaming console in the market. As soon as all the new upcoming games are out the PS4 will dominate over the other consoles.

Definitely a step up from the PS3. Graphics capability is impressive. Word of advice, hard wire it instead of using wifi, it's much faster that way.

Great system with amazing graphics good game selection and a faster load to new games. Overall I would choose this over the Xbox one and I have both.

Got system for my 14 year old son and he loves it. He tells me it the best system yet and he's glad he waited to get PS4 instead of getting another PS3.

This console is fantastic. I have had very few problems with this console. Can't wait for future updates and games to see this console's full potential.

PS4 is the console to get if your going to upgrade to the next gen consoles.

Although the graphics are better and the entire console has changed, with that being said, a lot of features the PS3 came with are no longer available for the PS4. I expected something better all around from the last system but instead, I find myself needing to do things I was able to do before, like play online without having to pay for a membership. Storing pictures, music, etc to be played and displayed when on standby. Home features/apps-horrible, not many to choose from, etc etc. my advice is to read up on the PS4 before buying, you might also want to keep your ps3 as backup. My first purchase of the PS4 had the blue light of death and I had to return it. The second so far is working properly. Sony did nothing for me besides refund my money.

I have a sony ps3 and was completely happy with it until the ps4 came out with improved action and graphics

This is a powerful gaming system with graphics and features out of this world. Sony has outdone themselves.

I have owned every Playstation and this one does not disappoint. Easy to use and navigate. Setup was a breeze. Design is very nice. Kids and I love it!

I would recommended it to everyone.the best playstation out there.has a some graphics and feels realistic.

I missed out on the first three and am happy with this one. Watching on a 50" Plasma @1080P. I look forward to the future games and their graphics.

The PS4 is hands down the best decide yet. All of the games look so real. Downloading the games can be somewhat annoying, but it's well worth the wait.

not much of an upgrade from ps3 from what i can see this for, but looking forward to what game makers will do with the system and loving the graphics.

This console is great to play and be social on. There's lots of new features like downloading games in the background while playing a game or a movie.
