Though, I'm sure it's not all the platform's credit, but also improved game design, but the fluidity and even increasing detail in fast paced gaming is just delighting! My only gripe is a minor one that is easily remedied and that is the mic that it comes with seems rather weak.

Great product, bad customer service

The only issue was that it was supposed to be a bundle with a free game download. The cashier verified we were purchasing the bundle but no game code was in the box. The 2 Best Buy employees I spoke with on the phone never mentioned this code but told me I had to take it up with Sony. I called Sony and they told me that Best Buy would have to "eat this mistake" and that I wo need to return the console. My son is at school so that's not feasible. Long story short, I bought him the game from Amazon. Bad customer service from both companies in my opinion.
