Bought this as a sweetest day gift for my sweety and he loves it! It plays excellent quality blu ray movies and he loves how he can shop online to purchase other games from the sony store.

Superior graphics to xbox but missing some of the cooler xbox functionality. Playstation camera is a waste.... no games.

just better graphics than the ps3 and the controllers are nice. not many games out for it yet though thats the downside.

What can I say??? I love this machine! I had an Xbox one that I traded for the ps4 and am really happy I made the change. It seems to me that the exclusive titles coming out are better for this system which is why I made the switch.

This system is great for the price, but it is missing some of the things that I loved on my ps3 such as media play back, on ps3 I could stick a usb into my system and watch movies on it. On the ps4 you stick a usb drive into it and it doesn't even recognize it. I wish sony would fix this on an update

Good graphics very real life. Will satisfy the most critical gamer .like that there is a speaker I build in the controller

Bought this for my 15 year old grandson and lasted for two years. I had no idea it was refurbished especially at the 399.99 price!! After two years it died!! He loved playing games on it and now it's gone. I had bought one the year before for my 18 year old grandson and he lost it in a house fire about six months after I purchased it. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed that the last one I purchased didn't last any longer than it did!!

The PlayStation 4 overall is a great console. It has many good things about it and It leaves me excited about its future.

I purchased a PS4 online, and opened it for Christmas and I got a pulsing blue light due to no video output from the PS4 to the TV. This appears to be a fairly common problem from a quick Google search. Luckily, I took it back to my local Best Buy and was able to simply exchange it. They tested the new one for me in store to make sure I did not get back home with a PS4 that didn't work. I know this happens a lot when new products come out, and was just glad it was a simple exchange.

The ps4 is everything it was promised to be with a well-planned navigation system and a sleek package. My only issue with it is that I've had to reboot it on several occasions because certain apps and games stop working (like music unlimited). Seems there are still some software kinks to work out.

I will say the PS4 is better then the xbox one and would highly recommend this to anyone. It is more powerful than the xbox one and the only difference is that the xbox one is better for TV stuff. But, to me I want a gaming system that is good for games not for the TV. I love this system!

Great graphics, smooth controllers, better choice than xbox. However, can not store videos for the kids on the unit

I bought the PS4 for Christmas and am playing non-stop games such as Need for Speed Rivals and Call of Duty Ghosts. The navigation and playstation store are terrific. I didn't like the fact that you have to purchase a playstation plus subscription in order to participate on multiplayer online.

I haven't gotten a chance to really experience the PS4 yet since the games I'm looking to play are not available. Launch titles did not impress me at all. But Knack was a decent introduction to this new console. I'm looking forward to what the PS4 can really do with the upcoming games in 2014.

It's alright, it has some pretty cool features. It's a bummer online isn't free anymore, but oh well. I like it, but there are cooler things than a PS4.

The Playstation 4 is amazing. I use it to play Final Fantasy XIV on a daily basis. My roommate has one too but he plays other games. Although the PS4 library is small it has a good selection of games. More games to come soon :D

Love this playstation. The streaming options for movies and shows are awesome. It still is fairly new so it needs more updates to work out a few kinks.

It´s amazing, my nephew loves. I thing that the price in Brazil could be better, including the games. I loved to buy in best buy, but i thing that you should be more patiente with the customers don´t speak english very well.

Wow. My son received this as a Christmas gift and was pretty excited that he actually got one after we told him there were none to be had. I was one of those that didn't pre-order and stood in line in the freezing cold to get one on release night. Why would Sony make this incompatible with older PS3 games? We have a fortune in games and now have to have both systems set up in order to play the older games. That wouldn't be such a big deal but the problems trying to connect to PSN on Christmas day were unforgivable. If you are going to force your players to buy new games or play those on PSN, the very least you can do is have the network available. We've already had the system freeze on us twice now in less that a week of gameplay. The lack of opening day releases is also frustrating. Overall...it's a really nice system hampered with poor network support. Very disappointed.

This is Sony's best console yet, and preowned from best Buy it is cheaper and works just as good.
