Using this playstation 4 console as an all in one device to replace media tv, gaming, blue ray and much more is the primary reason to invest in this device. It has the power for high quality video streaming and gaming; however, the lack of third party apps and game titles make investing into this console a bit premature. My opinion is wait out getting this console or the xbox one console till more content is available.

I bought this after having an Xbox 360 for so long. It's a easy transition as far as playing games but the system itself is still a little confusing when first making the switch. The changes in the images is insane compared to Xbox. I love this game.

The ps4 is a sharp piece of hardware inside and out, and the product is somewhat self explanatory to anyone who has owned an older generation console like the original PlayStation, the PS2 and the PS3. If you want a PlayStation, you will get just that.

PS4... It's awesome and the kids love it! I'm glad we purchased it. The graphics are supreme.

I absolutely love this system well worth the $400 it costs, it loads the games quickly and great online features. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't play 3D blu-rays yet, other than that it is the best gaming system I have ever owned

It's everything my son thought it would be, since he had the 3, this was a great change!!

Great, except for a few things. You can't use a Blu-Ray remote, like the PS3 remote or any Logitech universal remote, even with the Harmony Playstation receiver. You can connect with the receiver, but it won't control anything. Also, there is absolutely no way to connect with a media server to play music or videos. This was one of the things I used the PS3 for. Hopefully they'll add that feature in a future update...

The playstation 4 is with out a doubt the best next generation gaming console available. If you dont care about watching tv on your console or silly cameras and you just want the ultimate gaming experience then the ps4 is for you. The only negative is the missing cd music and mp3 playing as well as photo viewing that was available on the ps3. Although it seems like Sony might add those features in a future update.

This system is very high tech! We play itb everyday weather its for games movies or music! The high def picture quality is etter than my blue ray players!

If you get a new machine make it easy on yourself and get the Best Buy warranty. Other wise you might be waiting for your new toy to get mailed off and get fixed then mailed back to you. If you get the BB Warranty they get you a new one in the store.

In love with my play station, its very easy to use and I absolutely love the fancy look.

My son asked for one of these for Christmas. He already had a Wii which he loved. Since, the playstation has made its appearance, he no longer mentions it. The basketball game is his favorite and he continues to find it interesting and entertaining.

If you love games you can't go wrong with this. There are so many great games if you can't find one you like.... there is something wrong with you. They even have tv now. It can also play bluerays and hold music to be played.

Ps4 is a great gaming machine, fantastic graphics, but too bad not many great games yet.

If the unit was backwards compatible I would give it 5 stars. But still a great machine

I got the system for my boyfriend, he loves it. I have to say that I myself enjoy it as well. I also downloaded Trine2 for free.. i think with a member account you get two free downloads a month. So far so good :) Very pleased with the purchase

I think it is the better choice of next gen gaming, I may be a little biased, I do have the 3 and the 360, hardly ever played the 360 it was buggy and slow compared to the 3. The big test will come when more games come out, that has been very slow.
