love playing on ps4. I am not a console person so getting used to it but all in all, I like that it doesn't take HOURS to update, and is quick to boot up. There are still fewer games available, but I am sure that will be resolved soon

The PS4 is great. It really needs a bigger hard drive though.

Much better value than xbox 1. The experience of the ps4has definitely been updated since the ps3. Sony takes their time with their products to ensure that they won't need a countless number of updates and re-engineering of their systems.

It's the Playstation 4, better than the 3 and in my opinion, better then xbox for sticking its objective and priority towards games and gamers.

I really didn't think we needed another game console. I have to admit that the graphics are "Out of this world"! Great product for the price and we have had no problems yet. Will be even better when there is a greater selection of games.

I received my PS4 at the midnight release. I preordered my system over the summer. I was in & out 19 minutes after 12:00m Greeted upon arrival escorted to a short line & was at a register within 10 minutes. Way to go Janesvegas Best Buy!

The PS4 blends gaming and apps well. It's a simple system with high performance.

The PS4 isn't off to a perfect start, but the added features and online access will do until more games come out.

My PS3 broke and glad I got this one for christmas. Great graphics, great product!

I am fortunate enough to be an early adopter of the PS4 system. For those who are not, you're not missing much. I picked up BF4 and FIFA 14 when I got the console. Seeing BF4 run at 60FPS is nice and will suffice for some time, but this system needs games. Essentially, every game released on PS3 should have up-scaled versions (looking at you Dark Souls 2). Great system; just needs games.

Great console. Still a ps4 fan. Can't want until the new software update happens.

The PS4 is a great system and is worth the money. I really like the new design.

I was skeptical that there would be that much improvement over the PS3 to warrant getting a new console, but I was wrong both the new features and the small improvements, such as controller shape, are well worth it. No regrets so far.

If you are thinking about putting movies, music, or photos on the PS4 forget about it! Sony no longer allows this freedom to customize your system due to copyright protection. Also to play DVDs and Blu-Rays you have to download an update right out of the box. Not good if you don't have access to the internet. Also the Playstation Plus network card is needed to get online (No more FREE play)

I am not a gamer, but my boyfriend is and he loves his new PlayStation. His only complaint is the amount of time it takes to load a new game.

Was worth standing in line until midnight. And the sales associate we're awesome and very helpful to all the customers. And with that I say to the Best Buy family, Thank You and I'm looking forward to continuing shopping with Best Buy.

I'm so glad I got this for my boyfriend! He hasn't put it down since I got it for him. We stood in line all night & it was well worth it! He plays it everyday not to mention we can even watch new movies on it! Great video game console!

My PS4 has given me endless fun and is a great way to start the next generation of gaming!

New PS4 works great. HOWEVER I still can't beleive it does not play PS3 games
