Its pretty solid quality the only downside is the limited selection of games but that will be fixed over time

I absolutely love my PS4. I couldn't be more pleased with it. I have always been an Xbox fan. I had the original Xbox as well as the Xbox 360, but I wanted to try something new. I did a lot of research on both systems and decided that the PS4 fit more into what I was looking for. That doesn't mean the Xbox One isn't great either. Both are great, but I believe for different reasons. I got my PS4 at midnight and took it straight home to play it. The console looks very sleek, and it is way quiet. You can hardly hear it running at all. It was very easy to set up and get started. I was told the update would take about 20 minutes to complete, however mine only took about a 90 seconds which I was very happy about. I haven't had any problems whatsoever so far, and I have played it A LOT! The new home screen looks awesome. It is simple, and very easy to navigate. The new DUALSHOCK 4 is amazing. I love it. I've always hated Playstation controllers, they always felt too small and cheap for me, but these new ones feel amazing! I also like the addition of the touch pad and the light bar. The touch pad is very intuitive and responsive. They did an excellent job with these new controllers. I bought Assassin's Creed, Battlefield 4, NBA 2K14, and Madden NFL 25, all of which look incredible. The graphics are so clear, and there is so much detail added to everything. The gameplay is smooth and fast. I haven't had any glitches or freezing at all. Overall, I LOVE THE PS4. I was worried about switching over to it, but now I am glad I did. Once again, I'm sure the Xbox One is going to be great. But I am very happy with my PS4! I definitely recommend this to everyone. If you are thinking about getting one, you should! It is one GREAT MACHINE!! Couldn't be happier!!

Great multimedia system. Current game selection is slim but good titles are coming soon. Highly recommended

I rarely play it because my clan is still using the PS3. However I still enjoy the PS4 and it's new features.

My kids are enjoying it and just bought another one for my brother.

Not a lot of games dislike that u can't play old playstation games on it

Gift for young adult...loved it...it was just like Christmas all over again and adults became kids again

Wanted another ps4 but didn't want to pay retail. Pre owned is the way to go.

The system came with a broken controller an in order to save a game you must be online which kind of sux.

It does everything pretty awesome, except for the party system. It's difficult to use with other people.

Basically they took the PS3 platform and made it have more "bloteware" for lack of a better term. The PS3 simpler to navigate. Also can't stand that I can't download content to console all movies have to be streaming so no more watching movies without an Internet connection won't be buying any more content from the playstation store. Wish I still had my ps3.

The ps4 is awesome. The controller feels great in your hand, and the look of the console looks awesome.

I bought for kid's birthday gift. He has loved playing it and raves about it all of the time. HE really wishes it had capatability with PS3 and all of his relatives have PS3 and haven't updated to this yet. IT was unfortunate that although we bought the console in March, his birthday was in April and we mised the deadline for upgrading games from PS3 to PS$.

Love it. Way more machine for the $ than Xbone unless you like to play Zumba and need your Kinnect...

Great console. It will be exceptional after Sony gives us the firmware updates for 3D and mp3 content.
