Excellent system, but needs more ps3 games on playstation network

I owned a PS3 for years and just upgraded. While not leaps and bounds ahead, the performance has been great, the graphics significantly better, and amazing games on the horizon.

This is a great system.... But it is not much like the ps3. I hate that Sony has not made it very compatible with the previous system... And no more 3d :(

This console is amazing. It's super quiet, graphics are amazing, and it's very user friendly. The set up (plugging and inputting info) and download of the initial files took a total of an hour. Would highly recommend to every gamer.

Exactly as expected. Cool design. Easy to setup. Kids are happy.

In the box: controller (1), PS4, HDMI cable, power cable, headset. I like the new controller. Between the feel of the R2 and L2 buttons, to the new middle touchscreen, it's all really nice. The light in the front cracks me up at times, but it is pretty neat that it changes colors and gives cues during games. The options button is not raised, so takes some getting used to, but all in all a solid controller. Like the upgrades implemented from the PS3 into the PS4. Universal chat (party chat), able to swap apps/games pretty quickly. The Share button is a nice feature, between using streaming or screenshots. The PS4 itself does not take up much room and looks much like other electronics in the room. Pretty much have to be on PS Plus however. But on the up-side, there are free monthly games.

if you're in the market for a console the ps4 is tops. It's fast powerful and the user interface is seamless. The controller too is tops in its field and a definite upgrade from the PS3, although it does have a weak battery life.

So the next gen consoles may be a bit pricey, but they are definitely worth it. Sets up easily and connects to accounts flawlessly, the performance is amazing, also love the ability to share screenshots/videos and stream gameplay.

Love my Playstation 4!! Definitely recommend over the Xbox One.

No lag issues, graphics r cool, everything about the ps4 rocks!

The ps4 has easy configuration compared to the Xbox1 configuration in for this I enjoy my ps4 controller in its simplicity when playing with my young son.

I definitely recommend the PS4 to any gamer hardcore or otherwise

Awesome system, bought Xbox One first and its OK. Ps4 is much better, great interface, powerful, system, better free games with PS+. Controller has built in battery unlikexbone who makes you buy a rechargeable battery separate.

We enjoy this new system. Still haven't decided if it's better than Xbox one but for the most part love it. Graphics are great. Don't like the menu setup

I loved my PS3. I now love my PS4. It is faster in all aspects, load times, internet browsing, DLC downloads. Neat new features like "Rest Mode" let you save power but continue to download stuff and charge controllers. Built in game play recording for all the social butterflies out there. Good times for all. Just wish it was backwards compatible.

I have an XBOX One and now a Playstation 4. In my opinion the experience on the PS4 is so much more intuitive and responsive than the XBOX One. I still love the XBOX One, but I find that I play my PS4 more, just because the experience is better. Get it, you won't regret it!
