I have always been an xbox guy but this system made me change my mind about gaming! I love this system! Sony did a great job on designing it.

The PS4 hints at plenty of other possibilities. Local network play via the PS Vita has an enormous amount of potential. The PlayStation App and even the Playstation Camera may provide opportunities for developers to broaden the appeal of the PlayStation 4 beyond the hardcore audience it currently seems so intent on courting. Unlike the PlayStation 3, Sony's latest effort was built to evolve. But the PlayStation 4's focus on gaming — and only gaming — is undermined by a distinct lack of compelling software. That failing is sure to improve — better games and more of them will appear on the PlayStation 4 — but right now, this is a game console without a game to recommend it. Early adopters of the PS4 this fall are buying potential energy. We're just waiting for a place to spend it.

It's the PlayStation 4 - bigger and better than the PS3. Still plays Blu-Rays and today's best games in 1080p. Only drawback is that it is not backwards compatible with PS3 games. Also, there are very few games available at launch, but this is to be expected.

The PS4 has arrived and ushered in a new generation of social gaming via live game broadcasting and networking. The graphics look slick, the UI is easy to use, and Sony has added the ability to remotely play games on the PSVita. Its a great system with definite room to grow, and an exciting look at what the next few years hold.

PS4 is great. Love the home screen and it is super fast and easy to navigate. Graphics are amazing and gameplay is fun. The Dual Shock 4 controller is great. love the feel and reaction of it.

Set up of the new PS4 system was easy and only took a couple minutes. Once running the graphics are amazing and it has lived up to it's hype. The only complaint I have is that installing games takes a considerable amount of time and a couple times while playing BF4 errors came up which crashed the console. Otherwise no issues.

The PS4 may be a more-powerful console, but you would never know it by looking at the games. Graphics will be the same on the Xbox One and PS4 because games developers make their games based on the weakest system, not the strongest. So the power in the PS4 is just a waste. The games are HORRIBLE, the PS3 exclusives were all dull and boring and their sequels will be more of the same on the PS4. The PS4 is just a more powerful PS3, with no new or added functionality. There is no innovation or new features, unlike the Xbox One that has bio-feedback, cloud-power, and automated entertainment system control. It may be more money to get an Xbox One, but you get what you pay for.

This system plays games well is easy to set up and has great graphics. There was a slight hiccup with the blue ray player looked up issue on line and was an easy fix. I would buy it anytime.

Lets see, the PS4 is the most powerful next gen console, has an upgradeable hard drive, has the best game franchises, does not require a camera to be connected to it to function, does not require game installs, all unlike the Xbox One. Oh, did I mention that the PS4 costs $100 LESS than the Xbox One? Easy choice for me, PS4 all the way!

The set up was easy. I got mine on launch day and had a USB stick all set with the Day One patch. Setup was painless and the free games with PSN+ were a nice added touch for members. Resogun is my favorite so far. The console is small, sleek and look slike a Blu Ray player. No problems here with regard to the bricking some users experienced. I had a PS3 so it was a foregone conclusion that I would get the PS4 and am looking forward to a more robust line of games next year. The ability to stream and watch other gameplay streams is cool, and the idea of cross chat is cool now too - PS3 only had that within the games. I haven't tried it yet but will when I have the time.

Absolutely great console!!! I have a strong passion for gaming and also have the XBox 360, Playstation 3, and XBox One. Great for gaming AND entertainment, but more focused on the gamer. Sony FINALLY learned from their mistakes from the Playstation 3. Unlike its predecessor, Sony totally revamped several aspects for the Playstation 4, including better dual shock controller and network connectivity. Plus, unlike XBox One, the PS4 is running EVERYTHING natively at 1080, rather than upscaling like the XBox One. Sony has built an extremely solid platform with great potential for improvements and enhancements I'm sure will be incorporated in the near future. Love it!!!!!!

I was worried that so much power wouldn't fit into such a small box. Sony proved me wrong, its great! I have both Xbox one and PS4 I'm hardcore but if you had to pick one go PS4 for gaming.

Love this new system. I just converted from the 'other' game system, and I'm so glad I did. The graphics are so realistic, it feels like you're watching a movie. Set up was a breeze as the system came equipped with an HDMI cable. Only wish that it came with a better headset. The single earbud style (wired) headset works just fine (pleasantly surprised), but wish it was a full headset. This system is great - and no bugs yet to report. I was glad I waited on line for it - TOTALLY WORTH IT. My friends are in awe of the amazing graphics.

As a gamer, I'm not disappointed, The PS4 is much faster and smoother running than the PS3. With an existing account, the set up was very easy and user friendly. You get 4 free games off the PSN right from the start. Game selection is limited but very promising in the near future.

The Playstation 4 has met my expectations and exceeded them. I was a little worried that the system was going to be just an enhancement over the PS3, but it is a marked improvement with improved speed in every facet, games, user interface, store, everything. The new features. like the touchpad on the controller, the share features all work as advertised. I'd also like to give my local Best Buy some praise, as they exhibited great customer service when I went to pick up my pre-ordered system. Couldn't have had a better experience.

The PS4 has gorgeous graphics, a decent interface and a vastly improved controller (over the PS3). The only thing that's really missing is the gaming library, but that will soon change.

I love my ps4... It is super fast, slim and stylish compared to my 2nd gen ps3, awesome controllers, and love the graphics. Plus I can play my ps4 games on the vita, which is pretty cool if someone else needs the TV. Minus not having more exclusive games at launch I can't think of any problems with my ps4.

The PS4 is an excellent gaming system. It captures the essence of the PS2, and I really like the PS2. Sony did their homework this time around and corrected a lot of mistakes made with the PS3. I've been playing my PS4 as often as possible without neglecting responsibilities, most of the time. ;) I hadn't been this excited to get a new gaming system since the PS2 & Dreamcast! So far,I haven't been disappointed yet! 100% happy with my purchase.

Have a PS3 and XBOX 360. Love those consoles but preferred the XBOX 360 because of the controller just feels better. The Dualshock 4 feels so much better than the Dualshock 3. The touchpad at the top of the controller is a little awkward and take some getting used to. I chose the PS4 over the XBOX One due to the $100 less price tag, all the games I would've wanted to play on the XBOX One are third party games available for the PS4, and more bang for the buck with PS+. The first party exclusives for PS4 now and near future are just games I prefer. Loading times are so much faster than the PS3 or 360. Also, love the ability to put the console in Standby Mode.

Well, i have to say, i went to best buy and i bought the ps4 and also the protection plan... LUCKY me my ps4 is was one of the ones with a defect ( i recommend you guys to open the ps4 once you buy it in the store) its was much as a big deal but its a common defect that most ps4 has with the communication of the controller and the console. Well the neat day i brought it back; they checked it.. And game me a brand new AGAIN ps4 .... But i must say im not disappointed of the the console.. Very good , slick, excellent graphics and a lot of technology in it. Cant wait for playstation to come out with more games and more tricks and accessories for the ps4.
