I've been a PlayStation player since the first one came out back in the 90's and I've never been disappointed with each new console. The PS4 is leaps and bounds better than anything I imagined it to be, far surpassing the PS3 in innovation and graphics. The nice blue light on the console and controller are also nice to look at, since I like my machines to glow, like my computer does. Overall fantastic piece of equipment and I highly recommend it.

I am so glad it is here. We love it so much and all that it can do.

I love this system ps4 is great, the graphics are so much better than the ps3... Easy to use for all ages

The PS4 is a great system. The interface is much better than the PS3. Only complaint is the lack of good games right now. Killzone is the only game I have purchased as I will be buying all third party games on the Xbox One (I'm thinking it will be the system I will be using more). Where is Uncharted, Gran Turismo, God of War, etc...??????Nonetheless no reason not to purchase the system as all those games will eventually come out sooner or later.

Ps4 is just simply amazing. The graphics are way better than my Xbox 360 and I don't know why people are complaining about the games. I think ghost and killzone are really fun games. Originally I thought my ps4 had a major problem because when I inserted ghost, I couldn't play it and my system sounded like a dentist drill. When I took the disc out the sound went away. So I tried killzone and it played great. I exchanged my copy of ghost for a new copy and the new copy works fine. Somehow I ended up with that bad disc. I definitely recommend ps4 to people that mainly care about games. On the ps4 you can get apps, watch movies, listen to music, go on the Internet and play games. What else would a gamer possibly want?

So everything hooked up nicely about ten minutes after it was available for sale, and then I couldn't get it turn on. Turns out I was having a boobish night and couldn't find the power button as it is very thin, very hidden next to the disk slot. Took me a few minutes to turn it on and even then I accidentally brushed against the power button and it turned on. Aside from that, everything has worked as expected. No freezing, no loud fan, etc.

Sony has outdone themselves and have created an excellent system. The PS4 is excellent and has a wide variety of features that every gamer would enjoy, and the Playstation exclusive games are serious contenders for Game of the Year awards. Also, multiplatform games look better on PS4 compared to the Xbox One. I would definitely prefer the PS4 over the Xbox One if anyone is on the fence considering which one they should purchase.

I have been very pleased with my playstation 4 purchase. The interface is easy and clean. The games run well and the graphics are awesome. Also the free games and playstation plus give me even more value.

Great piece of hardware. Looks slick with a very simple interface. The future is bright with the PS4.

Picked my PS4 up at midnight launch. Walked right in and paid my pre order off in minutes. The PS4 is everything and then some more than I thought it would be. You get a 30 trial PS+ , 30 day music unlimited, and $10 to add to you psn wallet in vouchers from Sony. Hooked up the console and was online in 5 minutes flat. Can't wait to play all of the exclusive games for the PS4. Sony hit a home run, no a grand slam home run with the PS4.

So far the ps4 has met all my expectations. The console itself is slick and looks beautiful in ones living room. The controller has changed dramatically for the better, the touch pad is a bit hard to get used to but super useful when you get the hang of it. Ps4's graphics are off the chart!!! With 1080p output, video games look like what they really are, art. Very realistic and pleasant to the eye. Plus...it comes with an hdmi cable!!

Excellent system! Love the new controller design with audio and touchpad built in. Graphics are virtually flawless and the game play moves right into a cinema without loading and right back into game play truly awesome. Also has a very short loading time in general. Can't wait for the next titles to come out and can't wait to see what will happen when someone pushes the graphics to its true max! Overall this is my favorite system yet.

I was fortunate not to have one of the 1% of PS4s with defects. Build quality is excellent, nothing to complain about coming from a PS3. It's simplicity is similar to the original PS2 but houses a ton of power. Hopefully developers will be able to max out the capabilities of the PS4. I remember when the PS2 was pushed with FF12 and that looked amazing. The PS3 up until today still hasn't been pushed to its limit but overheating problems but be holding it back. I do own a X360 as well and am not bias to one nor the other in terms of PS4 and XBOne. Just so happens I have more games to look forward to on the PS4 that doesn't just include Halo and also the inability to share games is a dealbreaker for me.

I have always wanted a playstation and this one does everything with great graphics. one thing I really like about it is that unlike the Xbox One and 360, it does not get supper hot and heat up the whole room. Also with them putting the power brick in the console it requires a lot less space behind the unit. One thing that I don't like much is that many games don't have more than 2 player split screen, or even 2 player split screen!

Unless your shopping for a gift, the odds of your opinion being swayed by a review are fairly slim. Most are in either the XBox or Playstation camp already and know how they're going to make their next console purchase. That being said... both are going to have great games with great graphics. If you can't decide based just on brand preference then I'd say only go with the XBoxONE if the Kinect and the TV integration appeals to you.

Don't let all the fanboys fool you. Got mine works great awesome graphics super fast loading. Price is the best even if you want the camera still cheaper then xbox one.

The PS 4 work well, easy to use and enhances the overall gaming experience. Everything is in 1080p.

Great looking system with was to setup as well as th awesome new Dualshock 4 controller is amazing.

The PlayStation 4's beautiful graphics, blazing interface, and near-perfect controller make it a worthy successor to the PS3, but it would be wise to wait for more titles and features before you buy.
