This system runs a lot cooler than the PS3 did. Even though we now have to pay for a Playstation Plus membership to play online, the online service has improved compared to the PS3! It is a great buy for a person really into gaming. Have played COD, Madden 25, and Killzone Shadow Fall (PS exclusive) which the graphics are out of this world! This game really makes use of the new touch pad on the controller!

A breeze to setup. New user interface is a pleasure to navigate. Best bang for the buck.

This is a great upgrade from my PS3. I just wish that backwards compatibility was there.

The ps4 is truly a next Gen system with great exclusives and a vastly improved user Interface design. The controller is now on par with the Xbox 360 gamepad. Also the ability to let games tun in the background while you use other apps and browse the home screen is amazingly useful. And of course now playstation has party chat which is another great addition. All in all a great console and well worth $400.

The Playstation 4 has been an excellent console so far. The graphics in 1080p makes the picture completely clear and crisp. It also have an unique share function where you can display your own gameplay on your profile or on facebook. You can also broadcast live gameplay through twitch and UStream. I highly recommend purchasing the PS4 especially when the upcoming games coming out soon in the next quarter.

The ps4 is a nice step up from its younger brother the ps3. Graphics are improved as well as overall power of the system. The setup of the console is extremely easy and allows for users soon as it is unboxed. Downsides of the console are few but one could notice how the features f the system are similar to the old model. If you can get by on gaming without the top of the line graphics there is really no need for the news system. If you feel like a step up to nex-gen is warranted, than nobody will argue that the ps4 is worth the money.

I am pleased to be able to buy the next gen console for this price.... Can't wait to play several launch titles! The games as always will just get better but i think that the games will be far better starting out then in gens past.

If you are looking for the next great video game system then I would recommend Playstation 4. It is a nice upgrade from Playstation 3. There aren't a whole lot of games out for it but there are many new games coming in the next few years. The graphics and sound is excellent. The action is so fast I play it every day.

The PS4 is a great next generation console. Sony knows their hardware and they crafted this machine with love. The launch lineup is not spectacular by any means, but the games will come. Jumping from a game to the PS menu, to trophies, and back to the game is a breeze. The controller is comfortable, responsive, and the additional touchpad is very promising. If you are a gamer you should own this system.

I purchased this playstation 4 on launch day and it has been an awesome experience right out of the box. I have had no bugs or problems with the unit, I know this is something everybody is always afraid of with the launch batch. I do recommend everybody purchase the Geek Squad protection. Graphics on this system look astounding with 1080p. Can't wait for the big name titles to be coming throughout 2014.

Playstation 4 is easy to setup right out of the box. To utilize the online function of the system though you must purchase PS+. The system is just released so some features are not available yet. Playstation will gradually release features to ensure new features don't negatively affect the system. Games install and load up quickly. Games look great. System can also be used to play apps such as Netflix.

The ps4 was well worth waiting on line for. The graphics are amazing, couldn't believe it is this much better than the ps3. The dualshock 4 feels good in your hand and the new L2 and R2 triggers make fps games even more fun. The free games for ps+ are really good for being psn exclusive. Could use a bigger selection of games and hopefully more apps come to the video section soon, hbo go and vid zone.

Loving the ps4. The gaming is really good and graphics. The only bad thing about it is that it's not compatible with cds and it would awesome if it played ps3 games but...it doesn't!

I got the PS4 on day one and absolutely love it! The problems people were having were greatly over exaggerated! it was like than half a percent of launch consoles! The games are amazing and the controller is perfect! While the camera doesnt come close to the kinect 2.0 it is fun for more low key additions to the console! If you are thinking about a console to get this holiday season, make it this one!

So, I have been looking forward to the launch of the PS4 for a while, and now that I have been playing around with it, I am not disappointed. The only game I have purchased so far is Killzone. The two free offerings with PS Plus are both pretty fun. The interface is the most striking change with the PS4. I love all the descriptions of each game with videos and concept art and behind the scenes stuff. I haven't played with any of the streaming aspects yet, but I am excited to see where the PS universe goes with it. Overall, the PS4 that exists now really shines with a lot of potential for what the PS4 is destined to become. I can't wait. Again. :)

I've always been a Sony Playstation fan so this review might be a little biased. I've had my PS4 for about a month and I really enjoy it. The only game I've bought to this point is Madden 25. The graphics are excellent and the controls are really good. It's disappointing that I can't play any of my old PS games on the new console. I've got a library of around 30 PS3 games that I can't use now.

Includes 1 controller, 1 hdmi and 1 month free of PS+. I was disappointed to have Drive Club and Watch Dogs delayed but we've had a lot of fun with Killzone and Lego Marvel Heroes. Looks phenomenal and sounds great. I didn't have a PS3 so i can't compare the remotes but the new remote seems to work pretty well so far.
