Of course new technology should only get better but this is by far the best Playstation yet. From the more ergonomic controllers to the sleeker design and the better game graphics. Im happy I upgraded.

I have both a ps4 and Xbox 1 and I find my self playing the ps4 more often. PlayStation has always been my favorite and everything in the menu area flows better and is easier to navigate than Xbox. I also like that ps4 just uses a headphone jack in the controller for a mic, no need for extra adapters. Ps4 wins!

The only thing the PS4 needs now is more games. But if you recall this was the same issue at the launch of the PS3. The games are on their way, but I just wish there was a little bit more variety other than the next iteration of all the "triple A" titles. Don't get me wrong I'm loving Killzone: Shadowfall, and am wanting NFS: Rivals & Battlefield 4. And By the time March rolls around there will be plenty of new games. And if you haven't checked out Resogun yet, then get on it!

This is a great and fast system with amazing capabilities. The good games that are currently available are somewhat minimum; however, with the latest E3 announcements, it seems like the library will be expanding by the end of this year. I have always been a Playstation person, and the PS4 does not disappoint at all.

Great graphics, perfect game play! The downfall is it does not play the playstation 3 games

As a young child in the early 80's my first console was Atari. And at that time, It was considered state of the art. And as the years progressed I watched as the graphics went from stone age to cartoonish to the 1080p 7.1 dolby surround, blu ray playing monster you are considering to purchase. Today's games are like playing a cinematic movie which you control. I would give it two thumbs up..... but, that would require me to take them off of the controller. Oh, and Best Buys customer service And Service Plans are second to none. Definitely worth the money.

I have owned the PSone, 2 and 3. Sony continues to impress me. I tried XBox 360 and XBox One but I still admire what Sony has done with their gaming console. Bluray player and games, you can't ask for a better functioning and beautiful system.

The console is relatively new to market. The titles are coming along quickly. Many on-line options including downloading apps, such as Netflix and music sites. Playstation plus offers many downloadable games as well as the disc platform games.

The upgrades to the controller was a nice touch. navigation on the user menu gives the user more control over the system, which is easier to use during or off gameplay. best gaming console hands down.

What can I say that has already been said about Sony's next gen console for me Great comes to mind. price is ok(349.99 or 299.99 would have been better but I digress) now we can fully enjoy games in true native 1080p most gamers never realized that the majority of PS3 games were in 720p or were upscale to 1080 with that said this next gen console lifespan should keep us all busy for the next foreseeable future 10 years? highly unlikely I'm just hoping for something close to that time frame. If you are a diehard playstation fan you must own this system but if you consider yourself a True gamer then you would own all three systems Playstation Xbox and Nintendo. we can all coexist in this gaming universe

Easy to set up, The graphics are excellent, the share option is great way to show people what you are playing. Can't wait to play Infamous Second Son.

I have been a huge fan since the beginning. Right after we got rid of our 3DO we went straight to Playstation and I've loved it ever since and the PS4 builds on what I've come to love. Playing it feels great. The system handles well and I like the touch pad that's been add. Right now all I've noticed is it's mostly used for moving around while you use the maps inside games. Hopefully there will be more to come for that feature. Us being able to use the PS Vita as a second controller is also a great feature and has already added to our collection of trophies.

I play my PS4 a lot more than I play my Xbox One and I've been an Xbox guy for the past 10 years. I think Sony has finally got something that will beat the Xbox One in my opinion. Kill Zone and inFAMOUS look absolutely amazing compared to anything the Xbox is running. Sony has also perfected the internal power supply so hooking the console up was an absolute breeze, it's smaller than the Xbox One and, in my opinion, was way more fun to unbox. The design is much more sleek but also keeps functionality. My only concern is the console getting too hot, but I think that is due to my TV stand. If you're one of those people who is teetering between the PS4 and Xbox One, the PS4 will not disappoint!

I have been playing the heck out of my ps4 since I got it. very pleased with gameplay and precision of controller.

There are some of you that are debating about the xbox one and ps4. Like many of you, I did the research, and still was a little unsure. Originally, I had an xbox 360, and tried to believe that the controller would be too different. Well, it was't that hard of a switch. The ps4 controller is larger than before, and the games are of incredible quality, especially the exclusive titles. Also, who cares if you can't play yet another halo game, or if you don't get to play Titan fall ( I heard it gets old very fast). So many games are dual console and many times sony gets access first. I expect plenty of debate about these view points, but you will not be disappointed if you get the ps4.

Grand kid loved it and will be spending lots of time within the game world now. Hope he comes out on occasions and spends a little time with his parents. I guess it depends on what level and game he is within and if he ever gets hungry.

Great upgrade from the PS3 - the games look great, the interface is greatly improved and the controller feels great. Seems to be the right balance of price and features for a next-gen console.

Overall best system out there, no complaints. First game I played was Call of Duty: Ghosts and I was not expecting much from it due to the fact I was already playing the game previous on ps3. I thought that there was no way the game would be that different and I would have to wait for a game that was specifically made for the ps4 to be released in quite awhile. I could NOT have been any more wrong. It was literally like playing a new game. It's what Call of Duty should be, the game is a joke on ps3 now that I have played it on ps4. I cannot wait for more games to be added to the current shallow pool of games, but I bet I will not have to wait too long. Great system, hands down. Buy it.

This PlayStation has been nothing but amazing. From the minute I open the box till weeks later, I'm still in love. It has a wide array of amazing games, and the graphics are unbelievable. Check it out for yourself and thank me later.

Really fast. Graphics are amazing. I didnt think there would be soo much different from the PS3 but i really was impressed with the great speed it has among so many other better gaming experience.
