superior in terms of hardware. the console is a blast! great exclusive titles, a lot of which are still to come. share play is a great feature. controller is super comfortable in your hands. this is the console to own this generation.

What can I said that was not been already said about a ps4? It's a great gaming console and if you combine it with a PSN+ subscription you get a lot of extras for few extra bucks! Great gaming console im really happy with this ps4!

The price is fair for a new console. The accessories are good, though the included mic (while a nice thought) feels like a rock in my ear -- I'd expect something a bit more decent considering it's Sony, an earbud manufacturer. The controller feels great, and so far I haven't had issues with the rubber wearing off, as some have reported. The battery life could be a little better, but it's whatever. Probably best to pick up a second controller anyway, if you expect any use for it at all (besides having a fully charged one at all times).

I remember back in the day when I bought Sega Genesis, it came with 1 controller, a game, and a voucher to get 2 more games ans a additional controller free, Today next Generation Consoles don't do that, as always their is a lack of games to play with, on the Arrivals of New Gen consoles, Anyways I love the new PS4, easy to set up, I been using it to watch Blue Ray movies, will be buying games later on this year to test out the gameplay

My one pet peeve with the Playstation 4 is that it relies heavily on internet connection for updates and many game features require connectivity as well. Despite My WiFi signal strength showing at 90% it cuts in and out a lot while playing. Causing updates to fail and in-game connectivity features to not function.

The variety of games available now and that will be in the future puts the PS4 at the top of my list. It has a bright future ahead of it in games if you like many different genres. The system itself runs very well and is small so that it fits within my relatively small gaming area nicely. My minor complaints are the length of the power cord is quite short, as well as the included USB charger wire for the controller and the controller has a fairly short battery life so I find myself having it plugged in and charging quite often.

An upgrade from the PS3. Graphics power is better. The new controller is cool. Better than the other option for gaming consoles out there.

This is by far the best gaming system out right now. Playstation does Xbox in for sure. Game titles at launch are lacking, but worth the wait. The interface is wayyyy better than previously. The connectivity and move components are truly upgraded. Motion controllers are optional now, but if you choose to use them the PS3 motion controllers are compatible. Voice activation/commands, upgraded camera, better interface, better controllers, more interactions, better everything.... Just need a few more games to be released and I'm all set.

This new Play Station 4 is simple to set up, even if it is larger than previous PS models. I do prefer the sleek black look. The wireless controller works great from all angles also, but it does need to be recharged too frequently.

Having a great user friendly menu and easy to understand controller makes up for a great gaming console. Blu ray player and high definition gaming makes this a great addition to rest of my entertainment devices. The downfall is the controller which needs to be frequently recharged. The USB cord is too short and doesn't reach my couch which makes playing while charging difficult. Overall Sony has met my highest expectations.

Got fed up with the laggy servers on Xbox One… .So I decided to buy a PS4. Been a dedicated Xbox user for over 7 years and never thought I would make the switch. But after way too many issues over the years with Xbox servers I made the switch. I should have switched a long time ago. Virtually lag free most of the time… graphics look better. I even have game rage less. Now a proud owner of a PS4. My Xbox One has been sitting in a corner on the floor for a month and a half now. I have no plans of using it for gaming at all.

This is by far the best purchase I have made in several years! The speed and graphics alone make this a must have for any serious gamer!

The playstation 4 is a great console, I have no complaints about it. But the PSN account creation is far too intrusive for a simple gaming account, my address, credit card number, and age have no place in a gaming account.

When God made human beings, his main purpose was to design a creature in the likeness of his son. Fast forward like a hundred years and those humans made the Playstation 4 in the likeness of their God. This machine gives me hope for us as a species. It instills a sense of wonderment in my space that was once lacking. Every evening I kiss it good night and every morning I welcome it into life. My entire existence has been prelude to this very moment. I embrace ever minute that I am with it and every second is agony without.

The graphics are awesome, the characters look so real. The set up was super easy and the whole family enjoys playing the ps4 together

A little complicated at set up but one you mess around with the settings a bit it's easy to use. Graphics are amazing and with the right tv even the sound is awesome. The 3.5mm jack in the controller is awesome. I can use any headphone with a built in mic as a headset to communicate online. I'm even able to transfer all audio to my beats studios to kill sound from the tv. I'm very happy with the PS4! Awesome investment
