The ps4 was an amazing value being pre owned but looked and felt brand new, other than the box it came in you couldn’t tell it was used.

The ps4 doesn’t even work and I wasn’t able to return it in time as it was a gift.

Arrived dirty and broken, wouldn’t allow me insert the disc, then it slowly grinded the disc in and not only will it not play, it won’t let me get the disc out...return process including needing a new game too

This was not a good purchase. It had missing pieces and it didn't turn on..it didn't work

Nothing came in the box with the console not even the controller and customer service was no help at all. Will not order from Best Buy again

Bought this, after a few days the hard drive completely wiped and had to manually install software..Gave it another chance and returned it for a new one.

Never got it. It was used. I was able to get what I wanted.

This was definitely a great buy! My PS4 came with a few wear and tear scratches but after I put my PS4 skin on it (which I was going to do anyways) you couldn't even tell!

Helped my Fiance buy this product and he absolutely loved it. He was incredibly happy with it. It came exactly on time and was packaged very well. There's a few scuff marks on it but we planned on buying a skin for it anyways. I am very pleased with it.

I absolutely love my PlayStation 4 it's the best system I've ever had. Don't let people fool you into buying new. Just get a used one and if it's bad they'll replace it.

I finally got my ps4 in the mail today and opened it up. Looked great! I got it all hooked up to the TV via HDMI and plugged it into the power strip. I went to turn it on and it will not turn on. All connections are tight and nothing happens. Please explain to me how Best Buy.com can let a machine be sold as "Certified-Preowned" and it doesn't even turn on?

It came very quick as if I payed the extra shipping fee for express, which I didn't. And there were no problems with it whatsoever.

I've had the Ps4 since December 2013 and I am still loving it. The games that come out are fantastic and unless you compare it to a PC it stands pretty well against any console.

i originally started playing on the ps2. from the ps2 i went to the ps3. from the ps3 i went to the ps4, i then got an xbox one , i ended up selling my xbox because my friend convinced me to and that was by god the worst mistake i could have ever made with this type of thing. ps4 is by far the most god awful experience i have ever had and i would highly recommend transferring to an xbox. i have had nothing but issues with this pile of hot garbage and it’s beyond frustrating. i constantly crash out of games, receiving an error code ( CE-34878-0 ). tonight is the premiere of call of duty black ops 4 and when i attempt to load in the game it hits me with that error code. this has been a persistent issue and i’ve called plenty of times to get it resolved with no solution. they want me to pay a servicing fee of $100 because it’s out of warranty only because i got this console when it was released a while back. excuse me for thinking it would work properly and not absolutely crap the bed. don’t waste your time honestly.

i have been waiting to get a ps4 in a long time and i really want it and it is my dream and i have been dreaming of it every night and day.

If i didn't invest so much money into my ps4 i would return it. Customer service hardly speaks english. Purchased add on for a game n sony denies giving me my money back bcuz its Activision problem with black ops 3 awaking map pack. Failed customer service. So im out $60 for all 4 map packs ruined.tried calling to just delete awakening customer service hardly speaks english so they can't walk me thru deleting i give up

Recently purchased this item and it has the blue light of death.

Blue light of death is caused by broken HDMI port or broken cord witch means some chip of metal or something in the HDMI port is broken. Blue light of death can also mean there is something in the HDMI cord that is blocking the signal. so that's what my review is. To: seller of this product.
