This console is so fast and quick. Online gaming is always on point! If you don't own it, you should definitely buy it!

The ps4 purchased was perfect , the controller's light up function when playing certain games to differentiate between myself and friends is one of the little details that make up the overall improvements of the console. That along with the improved grip on the sticks, spacing of buttons and earpiece repositioning show that Sony pays attention to detail. The console is a futuristic design of a parallelogram which I found intriguing . The interface of the operating system was smooth and fluent and not only does installing games take far less time than on ps3 but you can actually play the game while it installs. I'm sure that the massive size of the games will force me to upgrade my memory eventually, but with simplicity of doing so it won't be a problem. The only drawbacks I can see are the battery life on the controller, and having to wait for the true potential of the console which really isn't much of a problem.

This is the greatest console i have ever owned and i have owned alot of them if you do not have one get one NOW!!!

The console is great by the price graphics, speed. But the touchpad isn't good. When i got new controllers the touchpad didn't work. But still the system is worth it.

Simply impressed with overall speed of the processor- nothing was more irritating than lag during gameplay and I'm yet to experience it since my purchase 2 months ago. Overall Sony did a good job identifying the drawbacks on ps3 and remedying them on the ps4. My ps3 used to sound like a jet engine after 30 minutes of gameplay, now I can't tell if my ps4 is on. Also, the controller has some nice upgrades.

Ps4 is the pinnacle of the next generation platforms. Movies, music, surfing, games. It does it all in one package.

The PS4 is the best game console available. The graphics and processing speed are unmatched and the features are awesome. Games are native 1080p and look great. The ability to link my Facebook account to my PSN and use my Facebook id photo as a PSN avatar is really cool. There is now a section at the homescreen that has an information wall, much like a Facebook wall, that keeps me up to date on what my friends are playing and how they rate games, movies, shows and music. The ability to run multiple applications and go to the Playstation Store from in game or in app, purchase or view other content, then switch right back to the game or app. I was in is a huge improvement over past consoles. One of my favorite features so far is the built in speaker on the controller. It allows certain sound effect to come through the controller rather than the TV and adds new depth to the gaming experience. So far, Sony is just getting started with this console. It's the best machine I have owed for gaming to date and I know that much more is to come from Sony and game developers that will really make the PS4 features shine.

Overall the PS4 is everything any Playstation fan could ever expect. I wish we didn't have to pay to play with the Playstation Plus, but I guess the days of only paying for the system are behind us. LIke the Xbox one I wish I could connect my cable box to the system. It's still early and who knows what Sony has in store for us to come. The system is solid and the gaming experience is exactly what I was looking for. The system is sleek, quiet and performs well. Great buy if you're lucky enough to find one. Best Buy did a great job taking care of me. The controller is great, the headset included could have been a little better than the one provided.

I haven't played more than 2 games on it, so I can't say much for it. But, the games look amazing, and online seems decent (except for the paying for PS Plus now).

The Pros: -multitasking: I love how I can take a screenshot of my gameplay and upload while I continue playing. There's no compromise here. The share feature is really one of my favorites in this console. No extra hardware to buy to record. One button, done. The downloading of updates, very convenient also. So far those are two features I'm enjoying while I play or watch Netflix. -graphics: getting better and better. Maybe not 4K gaming, but 1080p is the standard of today. (For now) also, games are taking advantage of the power of this console which makes for stunning differences than previous gen. GTA V looks like something of a dream. Before it actually came out with it in November. Design: I guess I learn to love the sharp edges. Everything is very subtle though. Connections in the rear blend well with the air vents in the back. The Disk drive being tucked between the seam of the top and bottom panels. The light, I'm still confused. I'd say if they were to have added a red light strip that shows the console is on standby, but that would eat up to much power. The Cons: The piano gloss plastic on the upper part of the console, easily scratched. I sat my PS3 ontop of the PS4, because I didn't have room to put it anywhere else. After the first day I picked it up and had scratches from the PS3s rubber "legs". Rest Mode: I don't quite get it? It loads everything after rest mode. thought it would be ready to go.

Good investment, good design, works great, easy to use. Battery life needs improvement

very powerful system and the upgrades compared to the ps3 is visible. the menu is more fluid. easy internet connection set up and great graphics. my only concern is the system is slow to download anything and the Wi-Fi doesn't catch on as well as it should. but all around great system.

Great gaming console. Easy to setup and get started. With this new console the video quality is much better. Video movement is smooth and controlled. My only complaint is the inability to be backwards compatible. It would have been better to only need a single console rather than two.

I think the PS4 is a great system. Still waiting on some new games. Too bad it's not backward compatible. Really a shame you can't play old games on this system.

PS4 Is the best console out there. This one exceeds expectations across the board. PS4 Rules the console gaming world. Definite must have for true gamers...

The Sony PS4 is an amazing gaming platform. The graphics are excellent, the sound exceptional and the games are nothing short of incredible. Way to go Sony.

Love this machine and cannot get over how far the Play Station has advanced (the last one we had was a Play Station 2). This was so easy to set up and use!

best new gen console out right now. I also have the Xbox one but I prefer the PS4 by a long shot. Amazing graphics and nice HD look. 10/10 would recommend.

I have had every play station system and this one by far is the best one. I even have the xbox 1 and the ps 4 is way better.. cant go wrong with the ps4..
