I brought the PS4 for my man cave and I've enjoyed it very much.

This is a great console, with greater computing power than the xbox one. With further game development we should be able to see a difference in graphics and potential in favor of the PS4. The controller sits nicely in your hand and responds well. The games look fantastic and the gameplay is great. The loading times have diminished immensely. The only bad thing is that it doesn't play 3D blurays as of yet, hoping for an update soon. But I still have my original 60 gb PS3 around for that.

I bought this knowing what I was getting myself into. Having a ps3 prior the ps4 steps up from its past short comings. Being able to pause to the dashboard, suspending multiple applications then being able to resume where you left off is awesome. The only gripe I have is you will have to charge the controller a lot more often than desired. So my advice is to get a second controller.

Would be 5 star, but Sony decided to abandon BT headset chat. There are lots or reasons, or excuses out there, but VERY disappointing to take such a huge step back! Other than that great system. Graphics are great, lots of FUN!!

this is the definition of a gaming machine. the third party apps are your basic ones i.e netflix, crunchyroll, amazon video, etc.. The blu ray feature works even if your not online which is a plus!

Great system. Have call of duty ghosts, knack, and skylanders swap force for my ps4 and not any of them have lagged whats so ever. Initial loading times are a little quicker then ps3 that I have noticed. New controller design is pretty awesome and comfortable. Ear piece that comes with it is pretty poor quality. Ps4 boot time is little quicker then ps3 but nothing to brag about. Overall I am loving it. Cant wait for more titles to come to the system. Not much of a game selection yet.

We like it a lot! Too bad we can't play our PS3 games on it.

The graphics are great for a gaming system. My kids love it.

Apart from PSN problems initially, working flawlessly so far

The PS4 is a great system that was easy to setup. Graphics are great but the game selection is a bit small right now.

For the month that the system was in my hand. It was great. Love the graphic. The set up was easy. The controller is by far better than the xbox one. I have both PS4 and Xbox One, but i spent more time with the PS4 because is just better. I got tire of the xbox within the first week. Unfortunately my PS4 decided to stop working. I Called SONY support and they are shipping a new one in 5 days. I guess i had one of the faulted system. Buy the warranty if you are scare, but I didn't.

This Console Runs seamlessly Faster than any last gen console. Everything is sped up on this thing including the internet connection. i notice netflix and most internet connection applications runs much smoother comparably. able to process multiple tasks at the same time; like, any game while juggling the playstation store and a streaming service such as hulu plus. New Favorited Controller for me as well. Must buy for some one who is going to buy a next gen console anyway.

all in all, much faster at loading then ps3/ great graphics

This game system is powerful with great graphics. The MIC that comes with the system is low quality and doesn't appear to make a good connection consistently. When purchasing the system the Best Buy sales rep suggested buying new headphone and MIC because of quality issues with the ones provided. I think for the price you should get at least a couple months of free PS4 online membership. There aren't many games at this time for this system. Hopefully they will eventually make some games backward compatible to the PS3.

I really do enjoy the new features like the Playstation app that puts control on your phone. it's good to see SONY is finally embracing some of the newer technology and helping make the PS4 future proof.

Love it. Now I know what I was missing!! Can't get enough it.

I initially purchased the system to play FFXIV:ARR with my brother and it soon became my infatuation. The games are limited in stock, at least genre-wise, but the graphics are amazing. I catch myself wandering the streets of Seattle (Infamous: Second Son) and lose myself. YES! That amazing! Being able to navigate from a Netflix app to my Game is always a good thing. All the wrong that happened with the PS3 was corrected on the PS4 and they have come back stronger than ever.

I'm really impressed with the picture and graphic quality.

I bought the PS4 because of the advanced graphics and the remote play capability with the Vita. So far the remote play works great on my home network, but spotty on other networks. You will need to have an internet speed of at least 10 mbps on both ends to realistically use this feature. The games are graphically superior to PS3, but since I have a large library of PS3 games that I still play, I was forced to keep both systems. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.
