Jumped ship from Microsoft to Sony this generation. This system just seemed like the better one this time around. All the 3rd party games seem to run better and at a higher resolution on the PS4 than on the Xbox One. I will miss Halo!! Also, the controller is a big improvement over the Ps3's controller.

The PS4 is a great gaming console. The graphics are fantastic, there's not much lag, and there is ample memory. The problem with the system is it's not cross-compatible with previous generations and there isn't a large library of titles available as of yet. As the PS3 is phased out and more games become available, I'd change it to five stars. Until then, it's still a great system at the price.

Since the first day of owning the system I have been having an amazing time playing, watching, and doing everything on the PS4. It is great. The only downfall at the moment is waiting for all of the amazing games to come out later this year.

Money well spent. I use my ps4 for everything from gaming and movies to Internet and music. Very pleased

PS4, as with its PS3 predecessor, have given the console gamers a full rich and rewarding suite of functionality beyond simply playing its games. Both systems have been the center of many dedicated home theater rooms, recreation and living rooms. Mostly due to the more simple and broad spectrum of other multimedia functions this system can perform. Compact Discs, Bluray and DVD's are the most obvious. However, 3D HD content and games, streaming music and video, a functingweb browser and applications you can install are just a fraction of how much more than a gaming console this will provide for you and your family. The PS4 really packs a wallop too! Plenty of power under its hood to process graphic rendering smoothly. Sound can be pumped out from fiber optic or full HDMI since they are the most common connection. YouTube and Netflix are just a teaseof what all this beast is able to stream form your online account. Overall it's a great purchase for a family whom wants more from a little black gaming box than to sit there and look pretty.

This PS can be use for more than gaming. While the gaming is full of extraordinary graphics, the machine functions as an entertainment center. It allows access to the internet to watch netflix and other things u would ordinarily need some type of cable or dish to access. Totally satisfied with my purchase.

The ps4 is a great console. it really upholds the name of play station, but i feel that Sony could have done better on the console. it is basically the same thing as the ps3. yes i know that it is better to give costumers what they are used to and it makes it more user friendly, but they should try to add more things to the console other the dual shock 4 controller and the play station 4 camera. But i still would highly recommend it to other people on the account of better games and graphics.

I have been enjoying my PlayStation 4 since I got it. Assassins Creed 4 and COD play and look amazing on it. Looking forward to an expanded library of games to come. Must get PlayStation Plus to enjoy online gameplay, but at least the account can be used for both PS3 / PS4 and you get free games out of it

Very happy with the purchase. Struggled between this and xbox one and haven't regretted my choice at all.

I waited on line outside a best buy on a sunday for like 6 hours with about 80 other people in 20 degree weather just to get my hands on this device if that gives you any inkling of whether or not it's a great system. I bought 2 games and playstation plus and have been playing a load of great stuff since.

I got my PS4 at Best Buy about 3 weeks after the release date and I love it. It really is awesome. The controllers feel good in your hands. The number ofgames available at the moment is limited but there are several more due to be released over the next few months. Great gaming system, I highly recommend.

Overall this is a great system for gamers. It was built for gaming purposes, while still having the ablility for multimedia and social media (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Vudu, Facebook). Easy user interface and a very quick response with the internet (no loading pages/fast loading pages). Great system.

I love this machine! The only thing that upset me was my experience with the the store manager at the Alamo Ranch Best Buy in San Antonio on launch day. I'd love for someone at Best Buy to ask me to post a review about that experience, but this isn't the place. The PS4 is unreal. You won't be let down.

If you have a ps3... you need to trade that sucker in and get a ps4. this is a powerhouse. its has graphics that far surpass the xboxone and wii u. this system is a must have for the next gen consoles. Even though xbox is still gonna have a lot of the same games... they look sooo much better on ps4.

I was going to wait until 2014 before I bought a PS 4 but my Best Buy store had several in stock the Sunday before Christmas so I decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad I did. I had no trouble getting everything hooked up. The graphics are awesome. The system is great. We will not be buying a Xbox One.

Loving the new game system! I have every game system out there and this one is amazing. The graphics are awesome, it feels as if you are inside the game itself. I am so excited to begin a collection of new games to play on the play station four! All of my friends have loved using the new playstaion.

I bought a PS4 so that i could play the new Killzone game, and it is a wonderful console. I love the new UI, it is so easy and intuitive. set up was simple, and the games look and feel great. The best new feature is the new control. it is the most comforatable controler i have played with in a long time

I love this system, I own both but my ps4 gets the most play. The PSPlus is lacking and COD Ghosts Digital Download gave me a lot of trouble but they fixed a lot of issues over the weekend. Solid system and the controller feels great. I like it a bit more than the Xbox1. You can't go wrong with the PS4.
