We could have gotten the system elsewhere, but with the Geek Squad warranty, we have no hassles if any problems arise. We also get a percentage off on any other games we buy for the system. When we bought the game system the staff was very knowledgable. My son was there when the game system was purchased, the staff treated him with respect, answering questions and recommending extras. They also made sure we got the advertised package. There was some indecision about games, and we were treated as if we were very important, we were never made to feel as if we were taking up too much time of the sales associate. The system has provided numerous hours of game play here. It appears to be really enjoyed. I will not buy anything without the in store warranty help, the extra money is well spent.

I never owned a PS3; I was an Xbox 360 guy. But the PS4 just has so much more to offer than the Xbox One. I have not regretted my choice and doubt that I ever will. The one downside to choosing Playstation over Xbox: no Halo...

Awesome system, bought Xbox One first and its OK. Ps4 is much better, great interface, powerful, system, better free games with PS+. Controller has built in battery unlikexbone who makes you buy a rechargeable battery separate.

Fun gaming console for entire family and lots of game choices!

The PS4 is a great unit. I have had a couple issues but it was nothing that the update couldn't fix. I was told when I bought the system that I would be able to Skype with it ... disappointing.... it does not Skype. A little disapointed in the games too. Feel like I could have saved a lot of cash just playing my PS3 but was told that PS3 games were being pushed out after 2015.

Do yourself a favor and buy a PS4. Everything is incredible about it and it really gives you that "next-gen" feel. Controller is fantastic, games are fantastic, and the free games you get through the PSN makes it feel like a steal.

I love my PS4 console. It needs more games, I already own at least 6 of the current ones, but I still can't wait for the heavy hitters. Outside of that I love the remote play with the PS Vita and the graphics, even though I've been playing on my PC for a while prior to my PS4 purchase so graphics aren't a huge jump, but for a console, love it. Anyway if you haven't already, buy one.

This product delivers! Way better than Xbox one in my opinion.. The fact that the controllers charge in system and no batteries is convenient. The games selection is good and never had a single issue with system. Great purchase

The only drawback is the ps4 will not stream the home network

I am pleased with my purchase of this. My only complaint is the brand new PS3 games I have not being cross compatible. Other than that I am pleased.

Love the PS4 will recommend to other people. Daughter loves it.

Ps4 -Great graphics, nice interface upgrade, and the controller is better.

The PS4 is just an awesome gaming machine, Sony just blows all the competition away. Having had the PS2 and PS3, I can honestly say that the PS4 is a huge leap in performance. I also prefer the new controller to the old one.

Overall very happy with the PS4. I used to have an xbox360 but got tired of the punk kids talking ish online. Ps4 is great for occasional gamer looking for amazing graphics and online features you'd expect to have at 400 a pop.

The ps4 is great for any gamer. The controller fits in my hand perfectly and I really think the touchpad will be very useful. There aren't many exclusives yet, but that's to be expected and they have 20 exclusives in development.

Awesome step up from the Playstation 3. Online services and overall system software have improved a lot and make for a much smoother experience. Only downside is the controller battery life seems shorter than that of the PS3.

My husband and kids love this. Great for bonding the family.
