Games are Great!!! Slim, fits just about anywhere.

I like the PS4 but I had to return it after my 10 days. All my friends said to go with Xbox and I said no I want to try out PS4 first. So I did I went home plugged it in and everything went smoothly until...... My Wifi is a Netgear AC router that supports up to the fastest speeds. My PS4 spent 23 min trying to connect to it and once it connected I was only getting 5 mbps on average, which I found it embarrassing compare to its competitors, My friends were laughing at me, and I don't blame them. Its frustrating I exchange it for another PS4 and had the same issue, I researched online and found out that sony has been having issues with its Wifi chip since the PS3 days. Its sad to call yourself Greatness when you dont even focus on the multiplayer community. Another reason is that sony still cant tell me why I have to pay $60 a year for what ? they didn't even upgrade their servers. This was a huge lets down. I regret my decision and now I got the Wii U and debating about getting the Xbox when Halo comes out.

This is the second PS4 I have bought and it will be the second one I return. The first PS4 would not take a disc, acted as if there was something physically blocking it. I was very excited to see it in white, I ran out and increased the balance on my BB card to the tune of 7 hundred and some odd dollars without hesitation, Out of the box, makes a weird grinding sound when you first turn it on. not sure whats going on, the girl at gamestop said it was normal, but i dont think a new system should make that kind of noise. All that being said, i havent had much time to play the system so i am ranking it low. I will trade this system for a new one and see if the third time is a charm.

I bought the system from Best Buy today and it's supposed to come with a 30 day free PS Plus membership. When I got home I realized the card wasn't in the box so I called PlayStation's support staff. An HOUR later they tell me they're dealing with "hundreds of these problems" and it will take approximately 5-7 business days for them to send me a code via email. A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEND AN EMAIL FASTER THAN A WEEK. Called Best Buy and asked if they could get a code from another box since I just bought it today and still had the receipt. 20 minute hold and then "no". But I could return the system, so I don't know why it was such a big deal. I am so disappointed with the customer service on this product! No reflection on Best Buy or the actual product, just thought people should be aware.

i can't wait to play Grand Theft Auto 5 and Far Cry 4 on PS4

The xbox one is way better i hate sony with a passion even more due to this console very slow and laggy
