The PS4 Pro is the better deal over the PS4. Bigger hard drive space for DL'ing games and other stuff plus if you want to give VR a try you have option to do so down the line. The only draw backs; is the PS4 Pro is best played on a 4K TV but it don't have to be. The mic that comes with it is super low quality, requirement that you pick up a quality gaming headset with the PS4 Pro. Another you can't Network your own music like you could with the PS3, and instead shoves spotify in your face as your only alternative. No support to external hard dive if you fill up your console HD. you can only back up save data only. Finally are the services, like XBOX Live. Playstation is now the same with Playstation Plus, which isn't bad, but there is another service called Playstation Now. Where you can play streamed PS3 Games over the internet and have to pay a separate subscription fee, for that should come with as a added perk to being a playstation plus member but it doesn't.

At first I was not sure to upgrade to the Pro, but after playing all sorts of games on it. No comparison, very happy with the quality of graphics and sound. It is bigger than the regular console, but it is ok. Highly recommend to the avid players out there.

I would highly suggest this system for anyone who likes added power and little loading times

Gaming friends have been pushing me to get one and I finally gave in. Was totally worth it.

The Pro is basically a PS4 on steroids. Apps load faster. Games have shorter loads and look better with the extra horsepower under the hood. I was on the fence about upgrading from my launch day PS4. I'm happy with the decision. I use it for gaming as well as my primary streaming device. Disappointed that Sony doesn't include the Fox app in it's list of apps. No 4K UHD disc support is also a bummer. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase. Wishing now that I would have done it a year ago.

Amazing! Was holding out for ps5 but someone was willing to buy my very seldom used ps4... So w that money i just turned around & bought the Pro... Not a huge gamer, but the graphics are ridiculous! Great buy... Will still be getting the ps5 though ;-)

The PlayStation 4 Pro that I bought for my wife's Christmas gift was a very exciting gift for her being that she likes to play games online she can play all of her favorite games and enjoy the graphics and function ability of this console

Bought this for my child for Christmas. It's in good working order. There weren't any instructions in the box so I had to go online to make sure I didn't break anything. We both enjoy it. I made sure to get the console with the most memory for longevity. I am pleased with my purchase.

I truly like the PS4 Pro. Graphics, load time, and overall gameplay makes a difference with compared to the original PS4. Paired with a 1ms 4K monitor - no turning back (love it when playing FPS games). The higher standard for the wireless connection makes online gaming more enjoyable.

Would love to say this game system is the best. I am buying the new sony tv to go with it.

The kids and even I enjoy the ps4 pro, especially having the storage space for their games.

While this is a great Console, the difference is small in the grand scheme. If you're in the market for a PS4 get the pro unless you're on a budget. It improves frame rate and visuals for most games. If you have a 4k tv it's even prettier with HDR. CANT GO WRONG HERE

My goodness, I'm glad I waited until the pro came out. I have never been happier with a gaming console purchase. Having or buying a good 4k TV on sale will really make the ps4 pro shine. I highly recommend buying the pro version over the original if you haven't bought a ps4 yet.

For those who are looking to buy a PS4, this is the machine to buy. Right now, there are small performance upgrades and slight graphical improvements for most games, but developers will only learn to utilize the console with increasing efficiency and proficiency in the coming years.

I’ve been waiting for some time now to upgrade to the Pro and I’m very glad I did, the enhanced graphics are so clear and picture perfect, I got this system especially to play the Last of Us Part II and it does not disappoint.

I bought this to upgrade from my original PS4 because I have a 4K tv. It looks amazing! Also, the process for transferring data from the old system to the new system was amazingly easy. As a PSVR owner, I also appreciate the rear USB port on this system,
