Have been an Xbox user for number of years. Not looking back for a second after switching to PS. PS4 Pro is a fantastic product and one to hold me over even with the release of the upcoming next gen consoles.

We got this for my son’s Christmas present and he loved it since he could play games with great graphics. There are also some games suitable for our daughter and family as well. Overall excellent but now need to put a limit on playing time!

Bought this system for the kids, use it myself. Easy to hook up and use.

There are two problems I have with the PS4 pro. First it gets very hot went playing games compare to my Xbox one. Second the wifi download speed is super slow compare to the Xbox one. I have very fast internet and it took over 4 hours to download 2 Gb on the PS4 pro. That same file on the Xbox would have been a hour or less The game sections is great compare the Xbox one, but it is not true 4K. Which is not a big deal if you do not have a 4K television.

I upgraded from a PS4 and I could notice the difference in smoothness. Things run quicker and the graphics are noticeably better. I play PC games as well so comparing quality of the graphics is a bit difficult. I noticed a major difference in games like Horizon where the game actually utilizes the extra power of the PS4 Pro. Best part of this purchase is the Geek Squad protection plan. If they release a new one I will upgrade to the next one.

I upgraded a few months ago from a normal PS4 to the pro. I love it. It’s slightly bigger than a normal PS4, but it handles gigabit internet and 4K HDR resolution. I watch many streaming platforms from it and it’s fine. Works great.

Had me a regular console before this one was released. Love the fact it functions well with my 4K television. Had all the consoles from the inception of Playstation. Proud owner of this one!

Couldn't be any happier with my purchase! My order arrived quickly and everything works perfectly. I'm glad I decided to get the PS4 Pro instead of the original PS4- the enhancing graphics and processing power really makes a difference!

Easy set up and transfer from PS4 to PS4 Pro, takes some time to set up your account but if they are both set up and on your network the PlayStation software takes care of it. Amazing upgrade!

The game console has great 4K look on my Samsung Qled. With enhance gaming games gives a realistic look on the tv screen. I have not tried the 4K streaming cause I have other devices for that but someday maybe I will.

Great enhanced 4k graphics on the ps4 pro, very pleased at my purchase, couldn't find a ps4 anywhere due to all of them being sold out, but bestbuy had some in stock lol but I Highly recommend this!

I bought a PS4 when they first came out and love it. I want to buy a 4K television, so I thought I would start with my game system 1st. This one is supposed to handle 4K, so I can't wait to get my next television to pair with this.

I bought the game console as a birthday present to my daughter and I’m glad that I did because she was very happy and very satisfied with how the console performs. She also has so many choices on the games.
