Nice Upgrade

It makes HD movies look better in 4K and the processor is faster than my original 4; I never play the old one anymore. It pairs really well with a Sony TV.

Good but loud

I’ve had two and they’ve both been loud when the fan comes on. Depends on the game, seems like. I’ve cleaned this one of any dust once a week since I’ve purchased it, but it’s loud from out the box. I even purchased some lifters online to help with air flow. Still loud. Great system, hopefully the next one isn’t as loud. Love it overall

Totally worth the upgrade to pro!

Much more powerful and I cannot wait to see what these pro games can do! Better with PSVR as well. I have the original launch PS4 and now the pro on my 4K TV. Love it!

Excellent 4K gaming

However the future of 4K is in the streaming, not actual physical discs (too much data)! The ps4 pro works seamlessly with my new Sony 4K tv.

Also it upscales videos and movies to near 4k quality better than my actual tv does. Very happy with my purchase.

Amazing system if you have a 4K TV

Non-HDR games are boosted and HDR games just look phenomenal. An example of a phenomenal HDR game is Horizon Zero Dawn. You will be amazed.
