Faster load times for games. Enhanced graphics and performance However, if you have a base ps4 system, don't be in a rush to purchase this one, unless you got the funds.

my title kind of summarizes my feelings. Battlefield 1 looks amazing. 4k Netflix looks good. upscaling on some of my other games is nice. but $460 after tax... if you had no other options sure, but the xbox slim does 4k and if you are just playing battlefield 1 or some of the other cross platform games... the xbox slim is $300... black Friday $250

My son wanted this for Christmas. He is very happy with it so far. Only con he says is how long it takes to download a game.

The improved performance on some of the newer games plus 4K graphics are great. The batteries in the updated controller also seem to last a lot longer than the originals.

Bought this as a gift for someone...they are a "Gamer" and swear this is the game system to have!!! They say it is absolutely necessary to have a Pro for the extra memory

My son has the PS3. Vita, PS4, and now this PS4 Pro. He seems to love everything Sony pits on the market. In his opinion it has the best graphics and more!

Took me a long time to buy a PlayStation 4 but it was well worth it! Not sure I’d buying the Pro was worth it but it was an investment in the future.

This console has great software interface and plenty of space. It fires up quick and does not bog down. I can easily find lobbies to join and enjoy the flawless graphics.

I had ran out of room on my original PS4 HD. I thought about getting the new PS4 with expanded storage, but I opted for the 4K option. Couldn’t be happier

Use it for games, streaming or downloading movies. Super quiet with little to no ramp up in noise like the regular PS4. Way faster.

Great console, great games! Great entertainment system. Everything a gamer can ask for. The 4k difference is noticeable. I wouldn't switch however, if I already own a PS4

My only complaint is that it is not compatible with PS3 games--would have been nice to be able to still use some of the old games I do love the graphics and the system.

Graphical hardware is advancing at an extreme clip, so a PS4 update was a very welcome iteration. More responsive gameplay & enhanced graphics make it worth the purchase.

Call of Duty looks amazing and I cannot wait for more 4k games to come out. Looking for to Resident Evil 7 and more down the line. Not a lot of 4k support at this moment.

So far I really haven't found many examples of what makes the ps4 pro better than the standard ps4. As Sony said themselves, ps4 pro accounts for 1 in every 5 ps4 consoles sold this year. It's just unfortunate that more companies haven't started to take advantage of it's extra capabilities. Hopefully in the coming year we will see more.
