This is a great machine. It runs some games in native 4k resolution, but what a lot of people don't know is that it provides a lot of benefit to those without 4k displays. Most of the 4k modes in games work on 1080p displays as well because they use a technique called super sampling, which internally renders the game at 4k and then shrinks it down to 1080p which provides greater image quality than a standard 1080p image. Not only that, but a lot of games run smoother too. Rise of the Tomb Raider for example, has 3 graphics modes, one of which is a higher framerate, which makes the game play quite a bit smoother.

I bought this for my husband and he seems to be liking it . He use to own an Xbox 360 but it was time for a major upgrade and I'm glad that he's happy w/t his new PS4 PRO

I purchased this for the 4K output, but I'm not sure it was worth the extra cost because no 4K reader available in PS4 Pro.

I bought this for my husband as a replacement with our xbox 360, and he is so inlove with it! He plays with our kid. And they both love it. The graphics are good too

We replaced our ps4 with the pro a big difference! The lag during gaming we thought was the internet was just the limits of the other system.

Highly recommend it to anyone wants to purchase this product and 4k is optional you don't have to get TV that 4k it's works with regular HDTV too

MY DAUGHTER IS LOCKED IN HER ROOM PLAYING FOR HOURS AT A TIME. THE GRAPHICS ARE VERY REALISTIC AND I PURCHASE A SECOND CONTROL ALLOWING HER SISTER TO JOIN IN ON THE FUN.

Well, I did read all product reviews & viewed all options sense 11/10/16 when the pro was released to find the Best Buy.

I love that there is more options as far as setting up your playstation pro, than standard version. Also everything just runs better and looks better.

PS4 Pro is something that all gamers need and with the 1TB of storage one does not need to purchase games from the store they can download them straight to the system

My son talked me into buying this one after watching him play on his. The graphics are GREAT. I used to play older systems, so I am very happy with this unit.

We have all the consoles and they all offer things the others don't. We bought the PS4 Pro for PSVR and we are not disappointed. It's a great console with great games. I had a PS4 when they originally came out and it was very easy to get back in and download our previous games. We mainly use it for PSVR and a few PS4 exclusives but so far everything is great. The console is fast to boot and boots games faster than the original PS4. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a PS4 and has a 4K HDR TV. I don't think it is worth the premium if you are not set up for 4K HDR.

I upgraded from my PS4 to the PS4 pro. And it made a big difference. There was better picture quality. And better motion. Definitely worth it.

While the resolution upgrade to 4k is great, I really enjoy the frame rate increase(60fps). It makes games like God of War even more precise with action.

Overall great is worth the upgrade even for those without 4k tv, love the 4k just make sure to calibrate your tv for optimal viewing and gaming experience

Absolutely amazing graphics. Purchased this instead of the PS4 slim, and definitely worth every penny more. Just waiting to get a 4K tv to really see the difference.

Love this system, great way to have with 4k TV, looks awesome, Xbox One X is better on specs but PS has better games. Should last me for a long time.

Was looking for something to engage me while I was at home and PS4 does that. Such great games and graphics.

Just upgraded from a PS4. I currently have a 4K tv too. I must say the difference is amazing and I look forward to future game development that will utilize this beast.
