PS4 pro is a console that set super high standards for a relatively affordable system. Danymic 4K gaming or even checkerboard 1800p requires a lot of hoursepower to achieve but the console seems to be doing an adequate good job at rendering that resolution at 30fps. To play the games at 4K you need to have a high end PC with GTX 1080 that will run you close to $2K. This is a $400 machine and it is a great value proposition for those of us who are on a budget but still want to experience games at QHD or UHD. In my opinion Horizon Zero Dawn is the game best demonstrates PS4 pro's full potential. It runs smoothly at 30fps while rendering beautiful image quality with HDR. That said the console is not without issues. Certain games such as Rise of the Tomb Raider, The Last of Us keep randomly crushing. Don't know what the issue but it mostly happens when at 4K resolution. This is why I rate the console at 4 stars. Sony or and its developers, please fix those ramdom crushes.

Absolutely love the new PS4. Especially paired with the newer games and the set up to go with it the games look amazing.

I went in for an extra controller and saw this “open-box” PS4. I had to pick it up. It looks and runs great so far.

Big bulky adn a bit on the heavy side. but hey it plays games and its much nicer than the XBOX one that I have. Get one youll like it

I already had an original PS4, however wanted to upgrade due to getting a 4k tv. Looks great. My only complaint is that it does not play 4k movies but only games compatible with 4k resolution. I knew this going in but just a heads up for those that do not know this yet.

The games look amazing with the 4K resolution upgrade and how fast the games load, it is the most powerful gaming system out there.

I love this system. It holds a lot of games and works so smooth. Great remote size and quality is impeccable.

We only have 2 games now but we love the graphics that go with the games. Plus we also like the added apps that are on board already.

Purchased my PS4 pro after my PS4 finally gave out. I use my PS4 for streaming as well as gaming. Netflix in HDR is nice. Load times seem a bit faster... But honestly was expecting a bigger difference. Games look great in HDR. I noticed the difference immediately with Nioh. Overall I'm very pleased with the unit except for the lack of 4K disc support. Considering that Sony came out with the Blu Ray format, to have XBOX support the format and not a Sony product seems weird. I know that disc technology is going away, however I feel that they should have supported the technology because it's not DEAD yet. Also know that Sony's intent was a solid gaming system however, they could have had that and a bit more. One other little note to point out, my 1st gen PS3 supported 3D technology right out of the box before 3D was a thing for a second. Would have been nice to have 4K disc support instead of having to buy a machine for that as well.

Just learned the Sony is going to discontinue the PS 4 pro. It is a nice machine. Runs a little hot. I got if for the 4k up-scaling for movies and such. Having said that, I can't really see a difference. Oh well.

I wouldn't bother getting this if you don't have a high-end, 4K, HDR television. But if you do have one, it's well worth the price.

Loving my new PS4 pro. It does great when playing games in 4K and has plenty of storage for all my gaming needs.

My daughter has enjoyed this gaming system since she got it, easy to install and easy to use.

The 4k aspect of the ps4 pro is absolutely stunning no true gamer will be dissapointed with theses graphics.
