The interface is complex but overall I think it's necessary and can't think of a way to simplify it. I was confused by the regular profile and the PSN profile for the longest time. Long story short, you don't have to create a PSN profile and that is a separate thing for online gaming and purchasing. I have no complaints about this and honestly can't imagine anything better.

Upgrade replacement

It overheated and died on me early 2020. The PS4 Pro was an upgrade I didn’t do until it was absolutely necessary for me to continue playing console games. Haven’t regretted it one bit. Wish I made the upgrade sooner so I could continue to enjoy the system longer as I’ll be getting the PS5 eventually. Yeah, I’ve owned a Playstation since PS1, I’m a loyal Sony customer.

Heats up due to poor design
