We upgraded to this console and the whole family loves it. We also have an Xbox one, but the Playstation 4 Pro wins in our house!

The graphics with the Pro are much improved over the older PS4. Still waiting for updates to fix some bugs, especially with some of the sound aspects. Also not sure why the Blue Ray player isn't a 4K. $100 more than a Xbox One S and it has one. Don't understand the logic behind it.

The beefed up PS4 PRO is a must have. Treat yourself and upgrade bcuz the PS5 isn't coming out until early 2020.

It looks better on my HDTV than the regular PS4 on my other HDTV. I’m much more impressed with realism.

I did my research before purchasing the Playstation 4 Pro and knew ahead of time that it did not play UHD discs. Still a let down that this technology was not incorporated into the system. Obviously I knew this upon purchasing the system so I cannot take away a star rating for something I knew about. The system plays and looks great on my 4k Vizio TV. The remote is great even for my 5 year old stepson to play Lego Jurassic Park. Sony develops the best video game consoles!

I purchased the PS4 Pro because while playing MLB The Show 20 I was experiencing skipping and poor performance from my original old school PS4. Although the performance of the Pro is much better than the original PS4, I did not think it was worth the $400 price tag at this point in time. The PS5 is right around the corner and so I decided to return the PS4 Pro. If this console was $200 or less it would be a fair price, but so long as it is over $350 I think it is best to wait for the PS5. I have to admit that MLB The Show 20 did work MUCH better on this console and I will miss it until my PS5 arrives!

My son is very happy with his purchase he cant stop playing it the resolution is very clear and theres no lag in game playing

Plenty of storage for games without an external hard drive. The HDMI gives vibrant details. Love that detail.
