I am an Xbox guy, but decided to try the PS4 for some exclusive games, such as Horizon Zero Dawn. I love the graphics, and the processor speed. The controller is a lot more comfortable to use than the Xbox. I will be keeping my Xbox for the exclusive Ford's series, but the main games will be moving over to the PS4.

I have been buying the Sony PlayStation for my son for over 10 years now. Every new one that comes out has been a welcomed gift by him. He is very pleased with this one. Thank you Sony and Best Buy!!

Gre-hics look great and no problem hooking up to my WiFi network. Definitely an improvement over the PS3. The only downfall I see is it is not backwards compatible with the other PlayStation games.

I have only used it for netflix and a little gaming but it has performed great. Set up was easy and relatively quick. I got the pro version for its 4k abilities. So far i would recommend it. It costs more nut worth it with the expanded storage and 4k compatibility

The games on this baby are ridiculousy awesome, if you have a 4k TV, this is a must buy if you have the funds, only regret is waiting this long but i grabbed it when it was on sale for 350, love it

I absolutely love my new Sony PlayStation 4 Pro. I've always wanted to get a PS4 because I've always heard about how much better it is than the Microsoft Xbox One. I got my first Xbox 360 back in 2009 and after that I preordered the Limited Edition Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Xbox One Bundle from Best Buy and got that in November of 2014. After having so many problems with Microsoft I decided to get a PS4 and I preordered the Pro and I am not disappointed with my decision. It's got 4 TERAFLOPS and the computing power is amazing as well as the graphics and I don't even play it on a 4K Display (that's gonna be my next big purchase). The only thing that sucks is leaving behind my Xbox friends but I definitely want to make my PS4 Pro my primary gaming console and we'll see about the Xbox One Scorpio when that releases; it just feels like Sony is always one step ahead of Microsoft with pure gaming technology. I hope that Sony will release another gaming console around the time Microsoft releases Scorpio. I hear a whole bunch of rumors about PS4 Neo but some say that the PS4 Pro is the Neo but I think Sony is smarter than to do that. I plan to get in the future a Microsoft Xbox One S 2TB Bundle but that only has 1.8 TERAFLOPS but it has a 4K Blu-Ray Player so I guess everything has its trade-off's. In any case, the Sony PS4 Pro Gaming Console is a great choice for the best gaming experience.

My son does not get enough of it. Great picture, great graphics, exceptional speed. PS4 his the wall.

If you have a 4k tv especially with HDR support then this console is an excellent choice over the slim. The only thing I dont like is the design but I really dont care enough to dock a game console based on looks. The reason only 4 stars is there arent enough games getting Pro support. This has improved over the time Ive owned the console but its still not where you want to see it.

Yes, it doesn't play 4K discs...no big deal. This system is great. Games definitely feel smoother and the 4K on games is a treat on the eyes. I got this on a great Cyber Monday deal-$450 for system and Destiny 2 for free. Though I wasn't a Destiny fan, I am surprisingly taken in by the game. 4K+PS= Happy Gamer. One word of advice, if you're moving over data from an old PS4 that's on the system hard drive, give yourself LOTS AND LOTS of time. I have an old 500GB that was not quite filled and even that took nearly half a day or so. Extremely slow. I also have an external that was almost filled with 2TB and that was easy to move, but the remaining games on system HDD were done manually.

I purchased this on Black Friday because it was 50.00 cheaper. While it is really just a regular PS4 it does have the bigger hard drive and the 4K ability but there still is not enough GOOD games out for it yet. Good unit but a little pricey just for 4K add on. The price and is why I gave it only 4 stars.

Very similar to the PS3 but with better graphics. I wish the PS4 could use the PS3 controller. PS4 controller has a track pad on it but honestly, I never use it and most games dont take advantage of it. Also, the PS4 is kind of a pain to turn off if you've already turned off the TV and the TV takes a host second to turn back on. Graphics are solid and the OS GUI is straightforward.

So far it's been a great console to have. The Pro enabled games look stunning on my 4k TV. Unfortunately, it doesn't support 4k Ultra HD Blu-Ray so a tiny bummer there. It also has issues with the video and audio dropping and showing only a black screen for a few seconds in my TV. I've seen a few people online with the same issue. Overall though, I enjoy the power this thing packs.

Everything is just so much quicker and smoother than the regular PS4. You obviously need a 4K tv/display to see the difference visually but the power is noticeable right away. The menus are snappy and quick, games load quicker. I am super glad I made the jump to the pro. The console itself is huge, much bigger than the regular ps4 and the slim. Make room for it and I would also recommend getting a vertical cooling stand as the pro runs very warm without one.

I upgraded from the original Ps4 and the pro runs so much smoother. Paired with a nice 4k set this console blows me away every time I play something. If you like PlayStation you will love this.

I finally upgraded to the PS4 Pro a while after it came out. Honestly, I was tired of not having enough storage on my original PS4. I was constantly, deleting games I didn’t play often to make room for new ones. The 1 terabyte helps take my mind off whether or not I have storage when I’m shopping for something new to try. The enhanced graphics are an amazing plus as well! Definitely recommend if you haven’t already switched up!

I had gotten this console for Christmas and It is great. Everything worked right out of the box and the games on it looks amazing on a 4k TV. It does put off a lot of heat though, with all of that extra power, so be careful putting it in enclosed spaces. Great console over all and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a PS4. The upgrade from the PS4 to the Pro might not be justified by the performance increase. But if you do upgrade, you wont regret it.

I finally bought myself a new console for my birthday, and even made the switch to playstation. The last console I had was a 360, so I was definitely due for an upgrade. The console is beautiful, everything works great. The extra space is wonderful and the graphics are sweet. It doesn't come with a stand as it's advertised with, but I don't mind. I really recommend spending the extra money for the pro, it's worth it.

When my PS4 finally gave up the ghost, it was a no brainer to upgrade to a Pro. It runs quieter on the higher frame games, and it looks amazing. It was incredibly easy to transfer all data from my old PS4 to this new one. And my external hard drive works perfectly on this one. With the PS5 at least 6 months away, there was no way I was going to go without the greatest system ever.

If you have a 4K TV and like your PS4 then you need to get the PRO. Smoother graphics, colors and game play. You won't be disappointed with the purchase especially if you get it on special.

This is the best thing for gaming out for playstation. Highly statisfied with my purchuse to the fullest. Im a sony fan all the way, and the way the graphics are tweeked are just perfection.
