I'm loving my PS4 pro. I'm getting to play catch up on all the great exclusives that have come out since the PS4 original release. The games are fantastic! That all being said I do have one major annoying complaint with my PS4 pro. When putting my PS4 pro into rest mode sometimes it does not want to wake back up. I have to hold the power button on the PS4 itself (not controller) wait for it to beep and turn off. Then I can turn it back on and it works. I've done some research and seems like it's a fairly common issue and haven't found a solution. Most people have just returned their PS4 pro for a new one that did not have this issue. Sadly for me I didn't start doing my researcher into this until I was at my 30 day return policy so I'm stuck with it. It doesn't happen every time (maybe just 50/50) but it's super annoying when I want to turn my PS4 pro on with my controller and it doesn't work. I would have returned it for a new one and hoped I got one without flaw. Other than that I love the system. The games are great and it's perfect for streaming netflix, hulu, etc. Just that one flaw that makes it super annoying. 5 stars if it didn't happen but 3 since it annoys me so much.

This is the 2nd PS4 Pro I've gotten. I had to buy one for my stepson. He's an Xbox gamer and has been frustrated with their lack of games. I got this for him so he could be the ultimate console peasant and have both systems. The exclusive PS4 games are too good to miss. God of War, Spiderman, Horizon Zero dawn, Days Gone and so many more. Plus I can now play online with him on the same platform.

I got it the same day it came. Great product. all previous games look sharper due to SSAA (Super Sampling) it is a method where the game is rendered at a higher resolution and downscaled back. Some games that have a patch for pro look better and/or more detailed. Some even lets you run at 60fps which makes games more fluid. to me it runs more silent than a regular PS4 and about the same heat when playing games. Overall great product and satisfied customer.

Definitely much better than the slim version, worth it in the long run.

Great improvements over the older version. Sadly no HD Bluray support.

Great upgrade from the PS3 with great graphics, easy to set up and looks great even without an UHD TV

My son loves this updated 4k version. It's slimmer in size and alot less noisy.

I upgrade my standard PS4 to the Pro version and I must say the graphics are way better!!!

The PS4 pro is so much faster than the regular PS4. Really like how the games look on my 4k TV upscaled.

I bought this and a vr bundle together and I enjoy both items very much.

I have been using an Xbox One. I bought the PS4 Pro to get the VR. I was not disappointed. This is great.

Had my old PS4 since launch and wanted to upgrade. Seems to work even better than the original PS4.

The graphics on the pro are way better than the normal ps4. I am very satisfied.

So glad I upgraded to the pro. It is way faster and so much quieter than my original model

Finally updated to the pro thought it was necessary because I also bought a huge TV.

The Pro is and will always be better pretty much in everyway compared to the regular ps4.

This was a nice upgrade from my original PS4. Definitely nicer looking graphics with the 4K resolution.
